After having a very NEGATIVE experience at the Agoura store on Kanan, I left to find another T-Mobile store and was thrilled to meet Brandon and the team at the Janns Marketplace T-Mobile store.
Not only was Brandon incredibly professional and helpful, but he was patient with us and helped us get the best deal possible while also making sure we got exactly what we were looking for.
If you are a Sprint or T-Mobile costumer, I would highly recommend going to this store for your next in store visit.

All the employees in this store were very friendly and helpful. Dannie answered all our questions and helped us setup a new plan. He followed up with us to make sure everything was working out well. I would definitely recommend this store and the T-Mobile service.

When I visited the store all the employees where friendly and very helpful, I felt well recieved and being helped compassionately, specially , Ashley , who directly worked with us and spend lots of time to help us honestly and graciously!

I've found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Staff turnover is high, though, so you can never get used to dealing with a certain person. Still, they've always been helpful to me, often reducing the cost of my phone or my plan.

It's been at least 4-5 months since we bought our phones. Lalo has been extremely helpful and provides quality customer service. The experience has been great and I highly recommend you talk to Lalo. Make the switch!

There were 3 employees there and all were knowledgeable and helpful. They explained different options but didnt go for a hard upsell. Laura in particular was extremely helpful and friendly. It's got it's own entrance as well so you dont need to roam the mall.Will definitely be using this location from now on.

Marcela and Egipto where very helpful & efficient with my 2 lines activate. Was pain free😄. Very straight forward. Taxes and activation fees.done .today market they charge you for everything. So no wave fees for activation. 😒
