I reserved an appointment online and by doing so I received a 15% discount for a replacement battery for my iPhone. The technician was very professional. He made sure my phone was fully functional and he changed the battery all in about twenty minutes. Great service !!

I brought a “dead” iPhone 6 in, thinking it might need a new battery. Jeff offered to test it to be sure the battery was the issue. I wouldn’t need to pay for a new one if there were other problems. He fixed it! I’d definitely recommend the TO location and that team :)

Stopped by Batteries + Bulbs today with my iPad which was not working. I was told it was my battery and that they could replace it today. Within 3 hours the job was finished, I was called to come pick it up and everything is working perfectly,

Very friendly, fast, and reliable. Heads above Apple Customer Service. Why do people put up with the Apple Stores. Instead of taking care of you, they prance around to the beat of the blaring music and watch a huge screen touting yet more products. Nasty business model for today's consumer.

Got my iPhone screen repaired. Justin was very knowledgable and courteous. Took about 90 minutes to fix. Reasonable rate of $75 after tax. Would go back again!

Dropped off phone to have cracked screen replaced. Repair was done the same day and in the time they estimated. And they gave me the discount offered with online reservations even though I was a walk in. Will use them again, but hope I don’t have too.
