Kinkas Bakery Cafe

This is a wonderful addition to the growing community on SR54. We walk into nice salsa music, beautiful decor, soothing ambiance, friendly servers, enticing pastries, and a clearly displayed menu. Our delicious coffee is freshly prepared and ready within minutes. The breakfast sandwich and platter don’t take much longer either. The food is fresh, healthy, and tasty. The Cuban bread is totally outstanding. All in all, a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

I have enjoyed every meal & sandwich I have had here. The food and the service are amazing! So glad we have good, flavorful Latin food in the Lutz area!

We stopped in to check this place out and ended up having a pastry and coffee.

Really nice restaurant, it is currently decorated for Valentine's Day and really cute. The staff was friendly and attentive, greeting is right when we walked in the door. It wasn't too busy as it was later in the afternoon on a weekend.

The quality of the pastries was very good, we had the dulce de leche cheesecake and enjoyed it as were both of the coffee drinks.

Much less expensive than a Starbucks (which I will avoid at all costs when there's a local business.)

We absolutely love Kinkas! We’ve been for both breakfast and lunch and each visit has been superb. The food is fresh and so flavorful. I love getting the deluxe ham, egg, & cheese on pan sobao. Complimented best with a guava & cheese pastry (quesito) and a cafe con leche. So delicious! My family is so glad to have this local gem.

Very comfortable atmosphere, on Saturday morning the tables were clean, the young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. Food came out fast and was delicious. Cafe con leche was perfect. We will happily be back! The bakery selection looks tempting.. food was too good to "hold still for a picture "!

Very yummy. Lots of variety. The prices are a bit high. It’s good to see a useful business come to the shopping center. The chocolate dipped pistachio cannoli, tiramisu, and custard tart were all very good. The place has a shiny, modern, upscale vibe. Will definitely be back.

Tried so many of the desserts & each one was a hit with our family. Lunch was great & I had the best coffee. Excellent atmosphere. Thanks for a great experience & amazing food. (Trust me, if you're driving by & stuck at the light like we were, you might as well take that right & treat yourself to some Kinkas. - We'll be making this a regular stop from now on.)

We arrived 15 mins before closing and to my surprise the owner Tom and staff were super friendly and helpful. The decor and atmosphere of the cafe transports you to a cafe in Europe not a plaza off a busy road. Thanks again Tom and we’ll definitely return much earlier so we can try some of your hot meals you told us about.

Coffee lady, old lady, pastry young lady and gentleman very nice. Beans need sofrito and pumpkin. Tuna sandwich on pan sobao is excellent. Quesitos excellent too. The best quesitos in Tampa/Wesley Chapel.

For all the Boricuas out there looking for authentic Puerto Rican breakfast let me tell you that hands down this is the place. The best spot in the Tampa area for alcapurias! If you are missing waking up with abuelita's café con leche this is the spot. If you are craving some Puerto Rican sweets this is the spot. I been living outside of my precious Island Puerto Rico for around seven(7) years now and I have visited plenty of Puerto Rican places throughout the USA; and I dare to say that the BEST ALCAPURIAS I have had are made here in Kinkas Bakery. Let me tell you a little story, they fry it to order, so YES, you know you are getting it fresh from the kitchen and the amount of masa is just perfect, and the right amount of meat too, so that every bite you take is just perfect. I haven't had more than just a couple of the breakfast menu options, but I can't wait to come back and try more of their amazing food.

Can’t recommend Kinka’s enough! The staff are warm, helpful and inviting, and the atmosphere is very calm with such a cute aesthetic. The pastries, cafe con leche, and several of the menu items I’ve tried have all been so tasty, I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on the menu. Definitely a must try! They decorated for Valentine’s Day recently and its just so lovely in there with the new decor :)

The food here is superb. Amazing Latin cuisine, made fresh. We had the avocado and bacon breakfast sandwich on freshly toasted Cuban bread, and some yummy pastries to go with the cafe con leche. The staff was quite friendly and the atmosphere very comfortable. I can't wait to come back and try their lunch options! Definitely recommend!!!

What a great local spot! This is such a warm inviting place to stop in for some great homemade pastries, desserts and everything in between. You can tell the owners took time to think of how to make this place a return experience. I have been there for both breakfast and late lunch and everything was delicious. Support local and come by and say hi to this friendly family owned restaurant.

So happy Kinkas opened right by our house. The food is excellent and we go every weekend!

I did not expect to have to wait so long, but it was soooooo worth the wait!! Having only opened 3 weeks ago, the lines don’t stop! The food is freshly prepared and delicious. You can taste the labor of Love in every bite. The Pastries are made Fresh Daily. Although there was a wait, it seemed that everyone understood and conversations sparked within the lines about how people were repeat patrons having just tasted the food earlier in the week and back for more Deliciousness! It is evident by the activity that an expansion is very much needed!! :)

Best food I’ve had in a long time! The authenticity of this place is amazing.
Not only is the food great, but the aesthetics of the place are top notch. 10/10 would recommend anyone to try.

This Place is an amazing place to eat Puertorican pastries, Breakfast and lunch. Please have patience the line was long but moved pretty fast, and of course the best things are worth the wait. Everything was sooooooo god already planning my next visit and bring other friends with me. I was so happy to get my breakfast Kinkas Breakfast with BORICUA scramble that I forgot to take pictures, the pipkin enpanadilla was amazing, the relleno de papa was so good, the pastries out of this world fresh and delicious 😂🤷🏻‍♀

Adorable bakery with divine Latin American and American pastries and sandwiches. Staff were smiling and laughing and very kind. Cute interior design too! Great atmosphere, bustling by with quick turnover so a table was often available for a quick eat (because the food was so delicious!).

Had an excellent first experience here. Food was delicious and the employees were kind and helpful. Going to be back lots of times I'm sure.
