Greg was AWESOME in answering all of my questions about the watch that I wasn't sure if I wanted or not. He told me about promotions and other things! He was very friendly and respectful! Thanks again Greg!

I had the pleasure of working with Carlos at the East Washington location and I had a unique situation that caused me to be there for over two hours and bless Carlos for his patience and diligence and working through my issue and got me set up and going before letting me go, so thank you thank you thank you he is an asset

While I still not happy with the direction the company as a whole has went, since merging with Sprint. This store has always had friendly, knowledgeable staff in all the years Ive been going there. With that said I do hope as an eight year plus customer of the company, that they do start to improve on their overall service, coverage and customer satisfaction. A few years ago I felt the company was well on its way to being the number one cell company. Since the merger that confidence has dropped dramatically. They tell me all the time, that they are working hard to get the ship upright. I hope this is true. Thoughts from a long time, loyal, concerned customer.

I had amazing service from Samantha! She was very knowledgeable and helpful taking my personal style seriously and helping me choose the perfect accessories. Other employees were also helpful. I was originally sprint and they are doing a great job with the transition.

I was greeted with a smile coming through the door. Samantha has excellent skills and she loves her job. She walked me through the entire process of transferring my phone over to the new phone including setting up my apps. See is the best ever to work with very calm and pleasant. We need more of her

Jazz was great. I went into the store for a new screen protector and walked out with a new iPhone 12. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the networks, services, and devices. Very good experience.

I changed my two lines over from Verizon to T-Mobile today. I was helped by a young gentleman who’s name is Daniel Pate. Daniel had a great attitude and a very professional demeanor. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided while making sure social distancing was being observed.Thank you Daniel.Your professionalism was greatly appreciated.👍

Angel was amazing. He was extremely patient and professional to set my daughter and I up with cells. I am an older person with a miserable memory. Angel instructed us and then reconstructed me. Over and over. We really appreciate. Angel for all his efforts.

Jaylon, Aaron, Ivan, C all wonderful employees. Especially Jaylon and Ivan. They went above and beyond what most employees would do. Their manager is the best. Hats off to ALL of you.

I have had a problem calling a certain phone number from the day I purchased my phone, which was a little more than 6 months ago. I have called customer service a couple of times, without anything being resolved and the call ending with me being very aggravated. I have also went in a number of stores and ask for help. nothing!!! Here I go in a t mobile store, even though I have a metro phone, Mary was very polite and more than willing to listen to my problem. Then she went a step above, and resolved my problem. it was a very small inconvenience, but to me it was a huge inconvenience. Thank you Mary, for taking your time to help me and take care of my problem, that has been a very big inconvenience since march. And I am not even a t mobileI customer. I might have to come back. Thank you very much. And Mary, please don't tell anyone how silly it was and how it was my fault. lol

After my event on Monday night at 11135 Pendleton pike, I was instructed to go to an actual t mobile store. I showed up here, was immediately greeted, and explained the phone switches we were trying to do Monday night. They pulled my account and immediately assured me they had a t mobile expert manager, and a sprint expert manager. Ms. Jazz quickly started working her magic behind closed doors as the technician brought back first the sim cards, then one phone, then the second, lastly bringing them out to the computer (much like a surgeon and her support). They assured me they were working on it, and not having a party back there (though they did claim to have cake in the freezer). The t mobile manager was always up front keeping crowd control, social distancing, and PROPER mask wearing! After an hour and a half, I was handed my 2 devices, on the correct lines, and was told my only charge was to leave a Google review. Good thing I already planned in doing the from my 2 store experiences. Next mission, to get the sim cards swapped to t mobile so they recognize 5g (sprint sims so not apparently).

Excellent customer service by the entire staff. Everyone was personable, friendly, patient, and helpful. Keith did a great job helping me out with my phone. Thank you!

My husband and I had amazing service from Christopher. He even stay after hours to help us set up our phone. The other two ladies that stayed late were also very kind and professional. Thank you!

Great deals on phones but they said mine was ready then got home and it didn't work. But issue got resolved the next day.

T-Mobile is my mobile service provider I switched over from Sprint which gave me excellent service for years but T-Mobile has continued with the same service even at a better price you go T
