Was visiting the area, someone hit my gf and i's car and took our driver side mirror off and shattered it. Christmas eve and places were closing early. Called around, this autozone didnt have what we needed for emergency but they were very kind to send us to another autozone so that we would be able to travel home safely the same night. Awesome service.

Went for oil and filter.. they noticed that before I did.

Thank you so much for all the help and advice! Not sure exactly the names of the few guys who helped me, however they were all fantastic! I’m sure they know who they are, they helped with my Silverado and the serpentine belt/water pump. The one guy knew exactly what was wrong and on both my visits in the store he helped walk me through everything that was needed and recommended a few other parts to make sure everything worked! They all seemed very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend coming in here! I felt very welcomed and confident they were doing everything they could to help me!

Robert is probably one of the more (most?) knowledgeable folks I've dealt with in any parts store over the past 50 years. He was also personable and efficient. I watched him deal alone and well with a line of nine people. His help to me with my problem was more than appreciated. I will definitely shop here again and will recommend to friends as well.

I have a commercial fleet account at this AutoZone. It's nice cuz I can swing in and grab whatever I need and throw it on the account or call them and they will courier it out and deliver it at my building. Good prices and usually what I need in stock.

This is my go-to place for automotive needs when it's something simple to fix staff is always helpful and knowledgeable I went in for some coolant couldn't locate it and an employee went out of there way to het it for me

Junior Diaz was a tremendous help. I walked in, waited a minute & Jr. Helped me fill my shopping list. He didn't just point, but walked around gathering a the correct products. He knows his products & his job well & he has a great attitude. I left smiling because of his service to his customers. Jr is a huge credit to your company. He needs a raise, I'm sure!

I went to buy a battery For my 2007 Chevy Silverado, I had asked if they could install it for me. The first guy actually broke the battery terminal until Robert stepped in. He was extremely polite.He fixed it with no hesitation and was able to install my battery with no problem.

Professional service came to charge a battery 🔋 in 2 hours it was ready , 👍

Great customer service from the manager (Alfonso O). I had issues finding what kind of oil to use for my vehicle, he came to help and explained to me which oil was best for my truck. He also taught me how certain types of oil benefit the engine and how full synthetic is better for performance applications.

Always welcomed by entire staff upon entering store. Every staff always seem to be in a great mood and being as helpful as they can be! Like others store is always very neat clean and well organized inside and out!

Staff were really friendly, everything handled pretty smoothly, products are rather easy to find and if you need help a staff will direct you where to and even show you the location if you have trouble, service with a smile is the easiest way to describe this place, a family is rather I feel like when I walk into this store

Auto Zone!! For all my vehicle problems and products I will be going to Auto Zone in Rubidoux. Needed a battery. Had to jump my SUV myself to get there! Spoke with Josh on the phone and he was very informative, knowledgeable and patient. The young man that sold me the battery I needed also checked my system to be sure it was my battery. He did a great job installing it and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you to everyone at Rubidoux Auto Zone. I will be back with all my friends.
