Highly recommend because of the skill — and business ethics. My year-old iPhone 13 locked up/black screen. My cell provider couldn’t fix. The SmartphonesPlus tech hadn’t seen this problem before. He replaced the screen & the phone opened. He then, just to check, put the old screen back on. The phone still worked. So the charge was $40 for opening the phone, not $250 for a replacement screen. That’s honesty.

They had what I wanted and quickly helped me and were extremely friendly, which is something I feel is lacking a lot in retail today! Definitely recommend these guys!

Took in my galaxy flip because I lost all my screen, and couldn't bring up anything. Mitch was able to complete a full transfer of my information with a .75 black screen. ALL my information was successfully transferred, and the phone works great.
