Great little shop here. Got a vaping lounge and store was clean and organized. The guys working there were friendly and helpful. I got what i went there for. Found some blueberry custard i cant wait to try. Oh and they fixed one of my vapes for me.

Best vape shop in town. I've been going here for years and they are always so nice, very knowledgeable and always love their selections. The only issue I've ever had is they are frequently out of the coils I need but that's not their fault, I just tend to come on a day they haven't had a shipment yet and they always have them ordered. Highly recommend!

This place is great, and it has so many choices. The employees are always willing to answer questions. Alex was really helpful in answering all of our questions today! We will definitely be back!

I always have a good experience coming in, I love that they give a hero discount to Healthcare workers, and Jess was super friendly, knowledgeable and considerate when helping choose which vape will work best for me when switching from vuse pods.

I'm impressed with the experience I had at Central Iowa Vapors! I came into the store having a general idea of what I wanted and was looking to make a quick transaction without spending too much money. The employee who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about their products, attentive to my needs as a customer, and provided friendly & efficient service.

I have been ordering from Central Vapors for quite some time now I absolutely love their products and they do great with Summer service and making sure you are happy with what you have received I will continue to purchase from them they have great pricing as well! Definitely recommend them as your go-to! Not to mention it is very hard to find the kind of Vape juice that I prefer glad I always have them too fall back on!

Everything about this store exceeds my expectations. Walking in you can tell that this is a Professional establishment. The moment I entered I had received a warm greeting and a how may I assist you. They were understanding of my needs and knowladgeable of all of their product. Watching them help others I could see how much they customize each encounter. They are awesome. This should be your go to shop!

I could spend all day here. I went from 2 packs a day, to a pack in 10 days, honestly I lost tack, the same two opened packs in my coat have been there since I got my smok. I prefer the smok over smoking. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and accurate. I spent a little bit of money, but staff did not try to up sell me, they explained my options, and explained how my device worked. Wouldn't go to another shop in town.

Haven't been to a single vape shop where customer service isn't great. This one included. I think there is a different set of selections compared to others but I can't say it has more. Prices are better than others which is the main reason I will keep going back.

Sam was extremely knowledgeable and we received absolutely amazing customer service from him! He stayed with us the entire time and helped us with all our questions as well as picking out devices and vape supplies. We will definitely only be coming back here for vaping purchases because of Sam!

Robert was phenomenal! I'm new to the vape world and there are so many different mods. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive one instead he told me about the different models and explained the strengths and weaknesses of each one. He also taught me how to properly take care of my tank and made sure I had everything I needed at a decent price. Thank you again for your amazing customer service.

I would recommend this place to anyone, but particularly to anyone who's newer or less knowledgeable about vaping like I am.Only been in here about 3 times so far, but I'm gonna keep coming back. They have a veteran discount too which is cool.

I was most impressed my first time there when I didn't know what flavor I wanted to get. They have a setup where you can try what they have, and I found one I liked. Also very helpful on equipment, I needed a new atomizer on my 3rd trip. I wasn't sure what exactly I needed but they got me the right one.

Bret hooked me up with a new device and he was very honest and helpful!! 100% recommend this place for all your vaping needs! He also had great flavor recommendations!

The staff here are super helpful and no one tried to up sell or push me to buy something more than what I wanted. All of my questions were answered nicely. The overall experience was pleasant and I felt the prices were very reasonable. Plus I learned that they ship products too!
