The Good Feet Store

I went to The Good Foot Store today, to see if I could get some relief in my feet. Nate was great, he explained what they could do for me. He listened to my issues as well. He made sure the insoles fit me before I purchased them. He was not pushing, in fact he was nice and patient.

My salesman was very knowledgeable and extensive in my foot history and how this system would help me. I work in healthcare and needed something to elevate my tried and true shoes. They were more than happy to help and had lots of input for me. The store itself was clean and well put together, and the manager was also very attentive.

We went in for our 11 year old son who is having hip and joint issues. The worker seemed to genuinely care and took the time to address my son’s specific needs. We will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of arch supports. In fact, I am taking my 9 year old tomorrow to get supports as well.
They also followed through on their word to replace supports if needed. My dad’s supports that he purchased from a Good Feet Store a few years back were getting wore out. They evaluated his feet and recommended even a different type of support to fit his current needs and only charged $29 for all they did, including the new supports that are worth over $400.

I absolutely recommend these guys.

Great services and knowledge. The only down fall is the price. If I had all the money in the world they would have come home with me. Braden at the Marion Iowa location was great! Knowledgeable and understanding.

My experience was awesome. Alex explained everything really well and answered all my questions. I felt like he actually listened to me. The store is nice and clean. Alex was awsome to work with, asked great questions and got to know me. Listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Never felt pressured at anytime to make the investment and buy the Good Feet inserts. He even let me wear the inserts out of the store to shop without buying them.

Staff measured and took images of husband's feet to show where the problems were. Staff explained their explained their 3 step procedure for the inserts. Staff brought out shoes, put inserts in, and my husband walked around trying them out. His back and hips were hurting a little after our drive down. He said nothing hurt. His feet, hips and back did not hurt when he walked around. He was very surprised. Staff were excellent in explaining how to get used to the corrective inserts, starting out at half an hour and adding time daily.

I was having a lot of trouble walking by late afternoon. I walked into the Good Feet Store at a 10 ( scale of 1-10)with pain and walking out the door with pain level at a 2 with very minor pain. I am very pleased with the results. I feel as though I can move forward through the healing process.

Freakin AWESOME experience today. Can't say enough about the courteous, explanatory and expeditious attention we received in the Cedar Rapids "GREAT feet store. My feet feel lighter, like a dog walking in snow for the first time! WOOF!

Alex did great job explaining everything and he was very polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable on the products and I did not have to really ask any questions. He helped my husband and I out a lot and the product works. My feet do not hurt like they used to. I stand a lot and walk around on blacktop and concrete parking lots and my feet do not hurt. The minute I stepped into the place I know I was in the right place. The first thing we did was discuss what problems I wanted to get help with. After picking out what they thought would work me they had me walk on the supports making needed changes as need. For the first time in 10 years I can ware tennis shoes.

I can't say enough about my experience at The Good Feet Store. So professional and helpful!! There are such good steps to improving your feet and health!! Highly recommend to any one suffering with discomfort! 5 stars!!

The Good Feet Store in Iowa was fantastic! Alex Eggers assisted me to real relief from hurting feet. After being fitted, I immediately noticed no more hip pain! My daughter noticed I was standing straighter! Alex was friendly, informative, and professional. Almost a week later, I feel like myself again! I can walk without foot pain and have my get up and go back thanks to Alex and The Good Feet Store!

I had a good experience at the good feet store. I purchased the product and I have always been a nonbeliever. I hope that this does the job that it is suppose to do. If it does I will praise it from my soap box.
