I love it I live by and the workers there r so nice they helped me pick what drunk mixed to use and everything

It took 3 times for them to make my order right, a hamburger with no onions. The whole time I was left waiting behind someone else that was waiting 20 plus for her food and had to listen to constant complaining from employees that weren’t actually doing anything. But the drive thru guy was runnin around doin everyone’s job for them plus his own with a smile on his face. He got my food right after making it himself and it was great. That guy needs a raise. Lemme also say tho that this mcds always ALWAYS makes fried perfect!!

Sorry I did not dine in. But do love your food, customer service and Mcdonald app

Look ..... Im not even gonna trip they forgot my honey mustard sauce because everyone's attitude was downright positive, the service was all the way up top, and even though this spot was crazy busy, the employees kept it moving extremely professionally and their attention to my large order was itself great. So 5 stars, all day n night here✊

Usually moves pretty quickly and have only had an issue with my order one time. Workers are also nice even when it's busy.

I love this McDonald's I eat their food everyday great prices they're friendly very helpful.. the front counter if you need help on the kiosk somebody's there just have to ask for help but you get the help I have amazing visits there I would recommend this McDonald's to all my friends and family A5 star bravo a five ⭐✨⭐✨

Great service. Always friendly and polite. The food is good. They seem to be clean and care about their work. I drive an extra 10 minutes to go here. I live 3 minutes from the one in claymont. These guys need a raise!

My food was on the Money!!! double quarter pounder with cheese meal ... Like them comedsaial lol

My son likes the egg and cheese sandwiches a lot here. I love how friendly everyone is, even when I have to make substitutes.
I don't eat egg or meat myself, so I can only comment on the yummy fries.

The inside is super clean, too!

This mcds is the 3 farthest from my house. I choose to drive the extra time to come here as it is much more dependable service and order quality.

The food is the best of any McDonalds that I have went to over the years. The staff is courteous and the place is very clean compared to the others I have visited. The bathrooms don't have any odors coming from them, even the customers are clean. I found that the staff are generous to the customers, where I have found do at other McDonalds the staff could care less about the customers, they only worry about the time they get off. My experience at this particular McDonalds was more the good and I praise the staff for caring about their customers.....

I give the McDonald's on 4th and Adams five stars proudly, I can honestly say they do so much business that I have never got a bad meal. Even when the lines are clear and I order something from them it is fresh and the staff is friendly unlike maybe some of the customers too bad they get a bad rap because of their location but no other McDonald's in New Castle County area can compare to this one McDonalds 4th Street you knock them all out the box even with the games some of the customers play to get free food I have seen the staff handle those situations professionally thanks McDonald's 4th Street for being there for the community. You rock!!

I used to go to the McDonalds father down Philly pike, then one day on a whim, I went to this one. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and patient. Now, any time I have to choose between the two establishments, I always drive the extra bit for this one.

Here's an example of their kindness: when chicken mcbites came out, I asked at the bad McDonald's what sauce I could get. They said "all of them." This one listed all the sauces and then gave me some randomly as I had asked.

If you're going to eat McDonalds, you might as well be served with a smile. Go here.

McDonald's was a good place to go to get something to eat and the people are very friendly and place is clean. I will be going back again soon!!!

I've been going there for years and you get to meet people it's better than 📺 some stimes and I love the hotcakesand sausage,coffee,well the food is good, and the people who serve it is nice.they also have nice discounts with those coupons☺

A complete 360 from last year. I come back home once a year and 4th street McDonald's is closest so I'm happy. With customer service. Food quality.. clean indoor and out door .. awesome job..

Food is good & since its popular of course the lines would be long. Don't like waiting Just go inside & order. Also fast & service is excellent.

While the wait was a bit longer than expected, it was still enjoyable none the less. The young woman at the window was very nice and professional.

This McDonald's was very efficient and handed the order to me right away
