Best vape shop around! Still travel an hour to stock up on my vaping needs here because I haven't found another store that compares. High quality products and customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on all devices and juice. I didn't get her name but the lady working Thursday afternoon at this location is the best!!

The girl with the red hair, I didn’t catch her name but I feel like she practically runs the place…but she is super knowledgeable, super friendly and upbeat, just plain awesome! She is the reason I keep coming back! Also great selection and great prices, better than most other places I’ve tried.

Just left there a bit ago and i must say i had a nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received a 25 percent discount and walked out with a 120ml bottle of top shelf juice for 30 bucks .
They also sent me around the corner where to octopuses garden where i picked up some barbwire coils for my concentrates atomizer. That place was very nice too and was staffed with cute friendly girls. I live on a sailboat in Florida but come to ashville often and definitely will be shopping at these places again.

This place is great! Always a super friendly staff who at least try to match your flavor profile (if you have one). They have amazing dessert flavors and plenty more I'm eager to try.

Lots of selection and nice guys working behind the counter. I wish OG would redesign their discount point system but the store itself is always good and also clean.

The blonde woman with long hair(sorry I forgot her name) at the Arden location was very educated on everything. Very pleasant to interact with and I'm more than happy with my purchases there. I'm glad I listened to her advice, I would definitely go back as long as she's working.

Zora was awesome. I had bought a mesh pod and for whatever reason one of them wouldn’t let me put juice in it. She hooked me up with a new pod and was very attentive when I made a suggestion about carrying jam monster. I don’t buy from anywhere but OG Vapor. Always great service and helpful when I’ve had questions.

Every interaction I've had at the location on Airport Rd. has been pleasant! One of the employees recommended a white grape ice flavor when I mentioned I was a giant fan of the KangVape Vintage flavor, which is a grape ice disposable flavor. She said she was addicted to the flavor and didn't want to purchase any other juice anymore, so I decided to give it a try! I've now bought two bottles myself and have found myself not wanting any other flavor! It's so good. Both my partner and I have bought our Vaporesso vapes from this location and have had no problems at all with them.

They have a huge selection of juice and a nice store. :)

Sarah here at oh is the greatest. She always helps me and has great customer service skills. Always has a smile on her face. Makes me love stopping here.

I went in today not bcuz I wanted to.. but because I had to since someone stole my mod. They showed me only kindness with my already irritated mood. Not only did they sell me a tank for my back up mod, but they brighten up my day for work. Thank you guys I would come back but I only service whoever calls (I'm a plumber) but if I'm in the area hell yeah I'll pull up

Visited for the first time today needing some liquid after a long hiatus from vaping. After answering a few questions about flavor, nicotine strength, and my device the guy (sorry, I didn't get his name) blended a bottle for me and it's perfect! Friendly, fast service! I will return 😁

Today I Decided to stop at the vape shop on Hendersonville road on my way home and I had to bring my 4 month old son with me (I’m over 21 years of age) There was a lady in front of me that was in line so that’s cool I will look around.. The place was clean and you have tons of tanks to chose from and juices.. The prices are a little bit high for the vape juice but it’s no big deal.. After the lady left the guy that was working there saids to me I’m so sorry for your wait.. How can I help you?? I told the guy I said something is wrong with my batteries in my vape they won’t keep a charge.. I also told him that I went to a different vape shop and they didn’t have this coil do you have any coils to fit my vape and one more thing I need vape juice.. He said no problem and yes I do have a coil that fit it how many would you like I said one please.. He helped me choose me a vape juice that have menthol in it and a new battery pack... I was on a budget but he helped me stay in my budget.. I said thank you for your help and left.. He was very understanding with my 4 month old baby being inside the vape shop with me and he was super nice and got everything I needed.. I even sign up for there points program.. I highly recommend this vape shop..

Ever time I go, I never have had to wait. Someone has stepped up and helped me the minute I walked through the door. The point system they have is amazing..

All these reviews about high prices vs the internet and how they check ID, get over it people, that's the way the world works now, they have some of the best prices of any vape store, of course it's cheaper online, everything is. Save $15 and order online if you don't care about waiting 5 days to get your stuff. Online vs in store is always different. And yes they check ID because they literally have to, it's like alcohol now with how much they are tested on this. These guys are great, know their products and have some of the best stock around. What else do you want? Stop leaving bogus reviews cause your pissed your too young to buy it. Btw Ghostberry rules all vape juice!!!! 2.5 straight years of it and it's still the best.

Lori and Chris were so helpful tonight! Being new to vaping they helped me understand how 2 convert from smoking in the least expensive and realistic way with any different flavor options.

Better selection than most vape shops in town, good prices and rewards system. Been going there as my main vape shop for over a year and love the employees. Nice and mellow atmosphere.

Great people great product price matches the quality. That's life u pay more for higher quality u complainers need to pay less for crap. Stop using google to hurt business becouse your babies.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean, comfortable, and well lit. This is where I go for all my juice and vapor accesories.
