Very comfortable atmosphere.curtious and friendly staff. also,very sanitary conditions .they make very sure you understand the procedure you recieve.my child got her second ear piercing here,and was very nervous,but it was over so quick she didn't even know it happened at first.i love this place!

Just all around a fantastic experience, everyone was cool to talk to, very laid back vibe through the whole building with fantastic artists. My sister and I got tattoos from Jesse just look at it!

I took my 5 yo for her first ear piercing and they did a fantastic job! They were very professional, required a birth certificate of my daughter and my photo ID to match the name on the birth certificate. My daughter loves her big girl earrings and she didn’t even flinch it was so quick. I was even able to get my second holes reopened same visit. Will be back again for future piercing needs 👌🏻.

I was Lucky (pun intended) to go here for the first time this weekend to get a tattoo done by Adam Brooke. The piece he tattooed was "The Torch" by Alex Grey and Adam blew it out of the water! It turned out better than I had hoped. No, its not in Dallas (thankful for that), and I'm so grateful that this caliber of talent is right here in Gun Barrel City.

Such a nice place. Took my granddaughter for ear piercing and they were wonderful with an 8 year old. Very clean and professional

Special thanks to Adam Brooke. He did a beautiful tat for my husband and the lines and design were perfect. Adam also designed and started a full sleeve for me. He took my ideas and drew exactly what I needed. He has a light touch and a great personality. He is the one to go to even if you have to wait a while. You won't regret it.

I don't usually do reviews but my experience here could not have been better. I wanted my nose pierced with a ring instead of a stud and Krystal did not have an issue with that and did an amazing job. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

Lucky 11 is a great environment, really good people. very nice. i’ve went 3 times myself and i love everyone up there. my tattoo i got from Adam is my favorite. Now i only go to Lucky 11 for tattoos and piercings. i recommend this tattoo shop for everyone.

Dakota was super friendly and super on how he pushed that ink around. Heck he was DONE.but I even realize he had done it.

My son got his first tattoo here today from Ryon, and as always he did a banger job and everyone in the shop is an absolute pleasure!

Got my first tattoo there a couple months ago and it went great. Definitely would go back for another. There all very nice and make sure everything is clean.
