Manny's Appliance & Bedding

We visited Manny's Appliances in Westfield MA 3 times. After our 1st visit we purchased a GE refrigerator and an electric GE stove with coil burners....both in white. Our salesperson was David Lunden. After much thought, we revisited the store the next day and looked over our purchases and questioned things we hadn't thought about when we purchased the items. Our salesperson that day was Carlos Jackson and he gave us more insight on the appliances. On the 3rd day we revisited the store with a completely different mind set and decided to go with chrome rather than the white for our appliances; our salesperson was Rick Fournier. With Rick's assistance, we chose chrome appliances and a total different model for the refrigerator, but stayed with the GE brand name. We landed up with a more expensive appliances, but we were happier with our purchases. All 3 salespersons were exceptional in their knowledge of the products that they were selling. The delivery date was on time and the delivery service was again exceptional. The workers who removed our old appliances and delivered the new ones on Tuesday, May 29th were professional in meeting our needs! We are thinking about purchasing two more appliances in the very near future, in chrome of course for our kitchen.....YES, we will again purchase through Manny's Appliances in Westfield! My dryer broke and I was stressed until I went into Manny’s got excellent service they answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them any. They’re very knowledgeable. Didn’t upsell me anything and pointed me in the right direction. They picked up my old dryer, dropped off the new one, and set it up all in less than a half hour. I would highly recommend Manny's to anyone!

Always buy from Manny’s Westfield store, Patrick is great to work with. He listens to your needs and then makes suggestions. Never once has he tried to oversell me on anything i have bought. Just scored a great deal on a whirlpool washer. I never shop around, I know where to go and will continue to. Delivery super quick and guys are always knowledgable and friendly. Thanks again Lenny

Jim was the sales representative who assisted in finding a stove and fridge for our Church. He was very patient and informative about the appliances we were choosing and understood our needs.

A few years after a complete kitchen renovation including all new appliances with a expensive built in microwave drawer, The microwave failed and was out of warranty . After trying to have unit repaired it was determined that it was unrepairable . Contacted the store where I purchased all the appliances from which I had shopped for over 25 years and was told sorry it was out of warranty also same response from manufacturer. So now we had a cutout where microwave was and not wanting to spend over one thousand dollars for a replacement. While in westfield we stopped in Mannys to look for a microwave to fill the space. After explaining our predicament to salesman Patrick he offered to contact manufacturer. Well after a couple weeks we got call from manufacturer that they would replace microwave for no charge !
Thank you Patrick you went above and beyond for us that being said Mannys will be are go to from now on and hope Mannys realizes what great person you are.

Serviced on arrival, allowed time to look around and make decisions, without pressure. Salesperson Rick was extremely patient with me as I was having issues with my phone.

Purchased a Maytag Washer and a Maytag Dishwasher today. I compared the prices elsewhere; Manny's were competitive. Patrick was personable, knowledgeable and informative, simplifying the purchase. Additionally, Manny's is a LOCAL business.

I recently had a great experience at Manny"s in Westfield. David L. saw to it that my wife and I got the kitchen appliances we wanted not just what they had there in the store. The delivery was timely and went smoothly. John H and James C were friendly, neat and efficient. My wife and I both feel we received excellent service as well as a very fair price!! Highly recommend stopping there if you're looking for appliances!

Carlos was so easy to deal with, so friendly and so helpful. After returning the dehumidifier I bought from Home Depot less than a month ago (it worked for a whole 3 weeks), I was happy to see the brand of dehumidifier, that was highly rated, that I couldn't get at Home Depot. I'm looking forward to years, rather than weeks of use. I'm looking forward to another bottle of Manny's delicious olive oil as well.

First we would like to say that we are extremely happy with the service tech Michael. Each time he came to our house, he was very professional and efficient at working on our ice maker in our refrigerator. In the end they replaced our refrigerator because it was unrepairable and we were very pleased with the outcome. Our experience in the store was equally satisfactory. The salesperson Dave was knowledgeable and informative which helped us to make a decision on a new refrigerator. P.S. we also bought a dishwasher!

I have been shopping at Manny’s for the past 20 years. I have always received excellent service. I am very picky about who I deal with when it comes to sales people and I do have to say working with Pat has been a wonderful experience. His knowledge of the products and his recommendations for what appliance to purchase based off of the stats that the store receives is a nice change from the usual pushy sale people. I have always walked away with a good feeling that I made the right purchase without buyers remorse. I have purchased everything from dryers to washers to stoves to refrigerators from Manny’s everything was delivered on time. The delivery people were also very pleasant and knowledgeable on the installation of all the appliances that I had purchased. They cleaned up their mess and disposed of all the packaging before leaving my house. The store is always clean whenever I go in there and well organized.
I feel very comfortable walking into Manny’s for my purchases knowing that I will get the best deal for my money. I have recommended Manny’s to quite a few of my friend and they all have had a pleasant experience walking away satisfied with their purchase. We went to Manny's in search of an upright freezer to replace our 20+year old one. Much to our surprise Patrick was still there! In previous years we have purchased washer/dryer, (2) refrigerators and a stove (Patrick helped us with the stove). He was attentive, knowledgeable with no pressure whatsoever. Deliveries in all cases (excluding the new freezer which we just purchased) were on time and the delivery staff couldn't have been better. They were professional and respectful! I recently was in need of a new dishwasher as mine stopped working unexpectedly. Due to timing, I had a small window of opportunity to purchase a new one. Carlos Jackson, in your Westfield location, was terrific in helping me to not only pick out a new dishwasher but to find one that was in stock that I was able to take with me. Carlos was also very patient with me since I walked in with a specific idea of what I was looking for and then changed my mind after he had already done much of the paperwork. Carlos made an overwhelming experience very easy and seamless and his knowledge is the best around! I love my new dishwasher and I will not hesitate to come see Carlos again for any of my appliance needs. Thanks so much Carlos!

Excellent pricing for appliances. I've always done very well by going there. You get Hands-On service without getting a pushy salesman trying to stuff something down your throat that you don't really need or is too expensive for your budget. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a trip there. The big box stores doesn't always have all the answers.
