Recently came to this location to have my tires rotated since they had a next day appointment available. I normally go to the Little Elm location. The staff was extremely helpful. They were also patient with all of my questions. Wait time was maybe an hour which I expected. Even though they were super busy they were attentive and made sure every customer that came in was taken care of. Their work ethic and manners are top notch. Thank you!

I went in for what I thought would be a quick patch on my tire. Unfortunately, I found out I had a gash in the tire and it needed to be replaced. The trip to fix my tire was unexpected and I had my 4 year old and 9 month old baby with me. What should’ve been a very stressful event ended up being about as easy as could be with the help of an amazing employee, Jose! He worked so fast and made the experience as smooth as possible! I was in and out with 4 new tires in about 30 mins, unbelievable! Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism Jose!

Eddie from this location is the best. He not only helped me in fixing my tire also able to get coverage for my factory installed tires. Eddie went above and beyond to work with tire manufacturer and able to get a replacement. Great job Eddie and people like you make discount tire as the desired shop for all tire needs.

We had to order two different size tires for my car, but they made it easy for us. Tires were there in a week, and in an hour my car was ready to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend going here.

Went in after today's solar eclipse with a nail in my tire. Sean and Jared got me in and out quick. I didn't get the technician's name, but he did a great job too.

These guys are the best!!! They always take such good care of my tire needs and I feel safer driving my car because of their recommendations and service. The service at this location is exceptional! I needed to replace two front tires on my F150 and was advised to replace the lug nuts as well. I decided to hold off on the lug nut replacement due to budget constraints. However, once they had my truck up and started the work, they went ahead and replaced the lug nuts for free. They could have charged me since it was necessary, but they didn't. This was my first visit to the Prosper TX location, and I will definitely return. Their customer service is outstanding, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Plus, they finished the job in less than the two-hour window they initially quoted me!

Stopped by Discount Tires due to a tire light after a terrible experience at Firestone. The service was exceptional - they swiftly assessed the damage, finding two screws in both my tires, and efficiently repaired them. Amazing service!

Great team here, they’re very fast and professional. They keep you updated on your pick up status through an online link and text messages. Get warranty on your tires, lots of nails in the area 😛 grab lunch while you wait lots of options close by.

They are in a spot that is slightly out of the way so there was wait. And with less stress on the staff they had time to be more pleasant and helpful than other locations.

Great service. Good prices. Techs work fast but sometimes quality is sacrifices. I would have referred not scratching my wheels when the weights are removed.

These guys are awesome! Always friendly, fast and the facility is very clean. I had a little issue with a tire replacement but it’s not even worth mentioning here because they fixed it quickly. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to go for tire needs!
