Love this location! Staff is always super nice and they try and take care of the customer which is so rare these days! Make a point to come out and try their $4.99 pulled pork sandwich! It’s a great deal at a time when prices are getting out of control. I always enjoy the brisket!

This is a wonderful Dickey’s location. The staff is very pleasant, it’s nice and clean, good service, awesome barbecue, and free ice cream for dessert. My girls love their chopped brisket sandwiches. The new owner is amazing & cares for their customers.

Catered a large party for me. All food was ready and bagged at requested time, kept hot. Much cheaper than a corporate store (this is a franchise); willing to beat their price no matter what. Quality is superb.

I recently visited Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Prosper, TX, and I must say, the new management has truly elevated the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly welcomes from all the new staff members.

The change in management has clearly made a positive impact on the overall atmosphere and service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout my visit especially the Manager Chay who came to our table to seek feedback and introduce himself. My kids were flattered with all the pampering they received during this visit.

Now, let's talk about the food - it was better than ever! The barbecue dishes were cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and served with generous portions. Whether it was the tender brisket, mouthwatering ribs, or delectable sides, every bite was a delight. The new chicken wings flavors are truly amazing. They let us sample all of them and we ended up buying wings. Okra fries were a bomb. Tip : Try them with Ranch they are yummo!

I highly recommend checking out Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Prosper under its new management. You'll not only enjoy delicious food but also experience top-notch customer service. Good location and nice ambience, food is very tasty. We tried chicken wings, burger and macncheese and tasted awesome. It was fresh and hot my kids enjoyed well. Definitely comes back and recommend this location.

We always have a good experience at the Prosper Dickey’s. The people are really nice and the BBQ is great. A nice addition to our Memorial Day weekend.

Came in for 4th of July dinner really looking forward to getting some peach cobbler. But when it came time to order it they said that they were out. Really was bummed but they offered me the double berry cobbler but it was more like a bread pudding. And that more than made up for the missed cobbler! The food was good and we were served very promptly. Service was also great. Martin, Hunter, and Chance went above and beyond to make this first visit a memorable one. Definitely will be back again!
