Hobby Lobby

Local hobby lobby with clean inside but need more stuffs inside as it’s a new store. The online pick up was easy and convenient. There is ample parking outside. The store remains open till 8PM only. The collection of different crafts and seasonal items catch your attention. The staff is courteous and helpful.

If you are a big fan of crafting, painting, decorations or anything related: this is a perfect place to visit. With so many options available, it’s hard to leave the store without buying something. They also offer big discounts on seasonal items. Very nice staff and very organized store.

This is my go-to place for holiday decor and jewelry making supplies.

I love how hobby lobby takes care of their customers. Angela in the custom framing department was absolutely great. She went above and beyond to make my photo look great.

The staff here is really incredible. My wife dragged me here and I thought I'd be really useless trying to fulfill her vision for this year's tree, but the staff was incredibly helpful and the results were impressive.

Love that I was able to get new Christmas ornaments for my tree and all was 50% off which made it even better

This is the best hobby lobby I've ever been to ,very organized and one of the managers Dustin he helped me find what I needed very knowledgeable answered every question I had he was very perfessinal I will definitely be back thank you for help,also the staff was super friendly!

Best frame job anywhere. Someone please commend Angela in the frame shop. That frame shop is as good as any art framing facility in the metroplex. Give Angela a raise please.

This review is specific to the customer service I received on Tuesday afternoon, July 18. I was searching for a specific and sentimental DIY project and another Hobby Lobby was out of stock. I called Prosper and the phone service was friendly and prompt. The gentlemen I spoke with indicated there was ONE left of the item I had requested. I casually mentioned I would round up my kids and head that way to pick it up. I never gave a name or any identifying information. When I arrived at the store, with three kids in tow, the shelf was empty. I asked the lady at the register if there was any chance they would be getting more and through assorted conversations from staff to staff, I learned that someone on the staff had put the kit aside for me. My emotional state was already pretty fragile, but when the young man handed me the box I broke down in tears of gratitude. I am just exceptionally grateful for the team that was working that day and the kindness of setting something away for me and it getting into my hands when I needed it most. I guess the TL:DR version - great inventory selection, AMAZING and thoughtful customer service, very grateful highly emotional woman expresses SINCEREST gratitudes.

Great Christmas decorations that are all 50% off. Posters and Pictures and yard signs alot to chose from and great customer service.

Less hobby and more lobby than before, but still a great store. Huge assortment of merchandise with many choices in every category they sell. Good quality with fair prices. Wide aisles make it easy to shop. Everything is well displayed and neat on the shelves. Many helpful associates, too, a rarity these days.

Wow, what an improvement from the Hobby Lobby in Frisco. The staff is much friendlier here, the store is newer and cleaner, and overall just a happier place than other HL locations I've been to. I will definitely be returning to this one as opposed to the other locations in the Frisco area. I'n fact, I've been to this one twice now and had a pleasant experience each time.

Great store and location! I can always find everything I need here at great prices. There are always sales going on, and all of the staff are very professional and happy to help.

There's never a bad day at a Hobby Lobby! This particular store was very clean and organized, however, they were VERY shorthanded and the check out lanes (2, one of which doubled as the returns register also) were long, and slow. We weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a terrible inconvenience to us during this visit.

Always friendly. The young woman at the fabric table was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about measuring and cutting fabric.
