I got some of the best service today at MetroPCS her name was Lucy!!!!
I've been back and forth to maybe two or three other stores I dropped my phone recently but I promise you I made it to this store and Lucy made everything better for me got my bill reduced by 20 bucks left the store with the tablet and a brand new phone thank you so much Lucy I appreciate it

Lucy is amazing! She goes above and beyond. The best customer service I've experienced at a MetroPCS store. Give that girl a raise, she deserves it!

Lucy and Marisela both exceeded my expectations and made me feel welcomed as a customer and put a smile on my face and represented the company Metro PCS in the best way possible Rock on y'all are awesome I found my new home location I'll be visiting you guys soon two thumbs up best location in the mid-citi area

Went in today and Edwardo helped me get my phone issues figured out! Never did I think I would hangout and have a laugh at Metro PCS after a long day at work, but it happened!! God Bless Edwardo keep up the amazing work!!

I had the best experience at the this location i was having problems logging in to my account and i was really mad but janet was so patient with me . Then i finally was able to get access my accont and do the changes i need thank you to janet it mad my day better 😁

I was here last week, Gerardo helped me a lot and spent an hour for my transfer process. They are so kind and helpful. Really had good experience with this location thank you guys.

Para mí esposo y Yo es el mejor personal que tiene metro PC en nuestra área,la señorita que nos atendió muy amable y muy paciente.fuimos por un nuevo teléfono y salimos con el nuevo celular,un 5G Gateway internet y una nueva línea gratis de por vida.sinceramente le estamos muy agradecidos a Lucy por explicarnos sobre el servicio de internet ya que gracias a ella estamos pagando menos, tenemos un buen servicio y no estamos sujetos a contratos de internet, sinceramente recomiendo a Lucy para que conozcan el mejor servicio que tiene metro PC en este lugar "Ana Vazquez"

Les recomiendo mucho esta tienda porque las muchachas que atienden son muy amables y te ayudan en todo lo que tú necesitas con tu teléfono, estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio de ellas sus nombres son marísela y Lucy.

Exelente ayuda y servicio y voy a regresar con Marisela ella siempre me ayuda y es muy eficiente.
