Brittany is the absolute best employee Taco Bell has ever hired. In my professional opinion she should be the CEO of the company. Her customer service skills and her can do attitude are beyond amazing. God bless Brittany and God bless America. Amen

I never ever leave Google reviews but this felt like I had to. I really wish I got their names, but two employees were so so kind and understanding. I ordered through the drive through and somehow forgot my debit card (I know.) So I parked and set up my Apple Pay which took quite a while. When I was finally ready they were so unbelievably patient and kind to me, and even gave me a few coupons with my order even though the whole ordeal was completely my fault. If either of you guys read this, I appreciate you so much!! 🫶🫶

The guy working the inside counter last night was fun. Fresh, hot food. One of the better Bells I've been to.

This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. The staff are very friendly and realistic. No robotic and stiff gestures... just a real conversation, short and polite. My true love for THIS location is that they've NEVER gotten my order wrong. Trust me, they've had ample time and I order the strangest things!
Normally, I think "fast food" locations are just copies of one another. But... this restaurant is very well organized and prompt with a smile! Thank you!

Very satisfied with this Taco Bell experience. Me and and my boyfriend are avid Taco Bell enthusiasts and we’ve had quite some bad experiences in the past at other Taco Bell’s. This Taco Bell exceeded our expectations now every way. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, food was out of this world. Our quesadilla was sauced perfectly. FANTASTIC experience all around. If you love Taco Bell as much as we do, support this Taco Bell. You won’t be sorry….

I normally don't review fast food restaurants but this Taco Bell legitimately gave me the best wrapped burritos I've had in years. They were also very pleasant interacting with which was impressive since I think they were only three people working in the entire restaurant at the time.

I'm so thankful that this is one of the few Taco Bells who actually make sure they get things right when you have a custom order.

So we are hooked on these $1 happy hour freezes. You have to give them a try.

I stopped by late after a shift at work and they were out of beef but I was very impressed with how readily they offered me Alternatives and how professional they were during the whole interaction I was extremely impressed with how cool they kept when they had so many customers to accommodate. Orders kept coming in and they still had so much to do but I applaud the Taco Bell staff for being very professional and I appreciate their consideration and effort!

Surprisingly, overall, better Taco Bell in all respects.

This Taco Bell is in my opinion is currently (and for atleast the last 3 years) the best Taco Bell in Portage County! It's 9 times out of 10 going to be clean and the food is always fresh and tasty. They give you your money's worth and make up for any inconveniences quickly and happily. It's worth the stop.

My order was freshly prepared and served quickly by friendly staff. Clean bathrooms too.

I don't eat fast food often. I saw an ad on tv for the double chalupa box and decided on a whim to stop in and try it. Both quality and quantity exceeded my expectations...and The service was good too!

The food was prepared exactly as I ordered. I got “Hot” sauce instead of the “Fire” sauce I ordered, but all is well. Good job folks.
