Sean the tmobile rep was so quick and efficient with my needs today. I appreciate him and he made me laugh. Thanks for great service.

I have been having issues with my phone after upgrading and the staff here has been extremely helpful and provided me with the best customer service. Elena Monica and Brandan were very attentive and worked with me for a few days to fix the issues and although the issue with my phone now has to go to the phone manufacturer I am so thankful and appreciative of the time and help provided by Monica, Brandan and Elena. I have always had great customer service at this location and this time was no different.

Even though the issue involves customer service over the phone, Van took care of me while inside the store. Very patient and great service. I'll be back to this location if need be. Thanks!

Today I was assisted by brook with a broken phone matter. I was already pretty tight and Brook really helped make me feel at ease and really broke down what the plan would be in a high classy matter. I realized you don’t come across authentic ppl like herself to often in the springs and I didn’t take it for granted and thanked her for such great customer service! You rock Brook!

When I switched to Tmobile I went to another store to activate the SIM card and to have Tmobile pay off my old phone. I thought everything went as planned but later found out while speaking with Julie. Nothing was done correctly. Long story short she has great customer service. Fantastic dedication to making customers feel valued and she absolutely went above and beyond with helping me.

Great service have never had a problem with T-Mobile. I like there's 50 plus Plan

I hate switching phones and carriers etc. it always takes all day. We are so very thankful we came to this location. Brooke was the most helpful, compassionate and kind person we could have gotten paired with. We were very pleased with everyone we encountered here but Brooke was the person who was stuck with us for a few hours and she was phenomenal! This location is super far away from our home but we will use this location from here on out due to the exceptional service we received.

Ryan turned my 1 star review into a plus 5! I ordered 6 lines with phones online. I was supposed to be able to activate myself but couldn't due to online two giving faulty info. He did me a solid!!!!

Was able to go in and get a new phone for a super low cost, The people were great and I've always been happy with the phone service

Go see Van! He helped me out with getting the new iPhone pro in purple and the Harmon Kardon speaker for a great deal. Process was smooth and provided all the options to purchase.

Last night, my fiance and I went into the store just to check and see if we qualified to switch over to T-Mobile from Sprint. We walked in probably between 5 pm and 5:30 pm. Associate Kyle Scarlett immediately greeted us and began assisting us. We told him what we were looking for and wanting to do. Kyle helped us not only get the items we were wanting by offering us enough waivers and discounts that we were able to afford the switch, but he stayed late to ensure everything was set up on our new phones from our old phones. It was a lengthy process, but well worth the wait.

For the amount of money Kyle saved us and the service he provided, we are extremely grateful and happy we made the switch. Associate Rob Brown also stayed late assisting Kyle to finish seeing everything up and providing us with information regarding our phones and our account. Both associates were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We were still in the store well past closing time getting everything set up, and we had an amazing experience with the professionalism and assistance we had at this store. We are highly recommending to our family and friends to make the switch to T-Mobile and to visit store 2956 at 2012 Southgate Rd in Colorado Springs for future business.

Thank you T-Mobile, Store 2956, Kyle, and Rob for creating some happy customers and treating us more like family than just customers. We are more than pleased.

Great experience with Erica at the Southgate location.

I started out at the T mobile by my house on 8th Street. There the sales people were too bored to help customers.
8.20.22 at the 8th st. Location at approximately 3:00 p.m. the girl that approached me in the store had no interest or clue about her "job".
I got the heck out of there and booked it to the Southgate location.
I received great service here and I will shop this location from now on.
Way better experience. This is only ONE reason I prefer T mobile over the rest.

Julie is the absolute best. My family just switched to t-mobile but half of us are in Pennsylvania and the other half are in Colorado. The guy in PA screwed up just about everything he could possibly screw up but Julie was there to fix all of it. So thankful we had her help!

I walked in to cancel service after visiting several other locations trying to move my service over from Sprint. Megan saved the day kept me as a customer. Had to come back to the location for a couple other things everyone I have worked with at this store has been very sharp. Thank you for providing great customer service.

One of the young professionals did what other people at Verizon and Tmobile couldn’t do for me when I was trying to get help switching services after spending hours on phone calls and cutomer service. And she did it within 15min. Thank you Megan F.!!! You deserve a raise for having people like you in store.

I walked into another T-Mobile earlier yesterday evening looking for an iPhone 13. They told us they were all out of stock due to Christmas. I said, any local stores have? He said no that when they start getting all kinds of calls for certain colors means they are pretty close to out and recommended we order them online. We left and called T-Mobile on South Gate they said they had some so we went and it was busy. We checked in, and we looked at the displayed and they all said temporarily out. Less than 5 mins this super nice lady Dee helped us, we told her what we wanted and ask if they had any she checked and came back and said we have these colors… she listed like 4 or 5 colors she got what we wanted and helped us for over an hour!! The last time I had this kind of in store service was when I met a gentleman at the fair from the briargate store 5 years ago! Dee was patient, kind and went above a nd beyond! The best part is she didn’t try to upsell us, she asked if we wanted cases today but didn’t push it. I will stop business if people are too pushy! We ended up buying more from her because she didn’t bother us. My wife, son and myself are truly grateful that we were lucky enough to work with Dee!!!

Ryan at this T-Mobile location is fantastic. I had some problems
with my account when trying to use my JUMP feature. For some
reason it was not showing/allowing me to JUMP and upgrade mg
phone. Ryan went above and resolve the problem for me and kept
communicating with me until he had it resolved. I greatly
appreciated his dedication to getting it solved! Thanks Ryan for the
amazing customer service!

I believe Monica helped me, along with just about everyone else that worked there. I’m honestly glad T-Mobile bought out sprint, because now I can go to this store and get excellent customer service, instead of mediocre service At best that the sprint stores had. The whole team of people there should be commended for going above and beyond with helping with issues.
Thank you guys for your time, I will be a returning customer!
