Rods are always shipped in a protective tube. Their products are 1st quality of 1st quality. Shipping is fast.

I use Tackle Warehouse for most of my bass fishing needs, primarily because their inventory is much better than the local Cabela’s. I place my orders well in advance. My latest orders were shipped from their warehouse in Alpharetta GA and only took a couple of days to arrive.

Fast unload to delivered here, docks are on the backside of the building, no overnight parking plenty of room for backing

The greatest thing since sliced bread!! Anything for fishing is an order away.

Customer service is the only thing that is keeping me from given a 5 star rating. They seem to always have more of a selection than the other tackle shops online.

Very slow at processing and getting your order out!

Just ordered my addermine through these guys and the customer service I got for the price I paid sucked, Zach is awesome but the other guy I called was horrible. The rod was perfect and just what I wanted but I’ll order thru someone else next time. Made signature authorization for the package mandatory… im a business owner so im not at home when the mail runs… I also don’t have time to chase down packages at a shipping hub. Didn’t even get the free sticker they offered with any purchase over 50$ sometimes all it takes is a little effort to keep people with a lot of money coming back to your business. Sadly they lost mine

I did a order on jig heads. Of course there counts were off and my order was split up because of back order. I tracked my order and seems to be sitting in Georgia. Why is it they always show more than what they have on hand. It's frustrating as a customer you can't get a complete order shipped at one time.

Extremely slow.. haven’t had one package on time, very disappointed with my experience.
