My mail delivery and interactions with this Post Office location has always been terrific! My mail carrier does a a great job.

I just wanted to say, the front team of Star, Terrance, Alicia, and Ashley, are all amazing. I have a small business and they have always been so helpful and patient with me when I send my orders. They are all wonderful people and are so special. I am very grateful they are all here. They are also so amazing with my daughter and son.

The people who work here are excellent! I have been using this post office since the one in Bainbridge closed a good while back. If you don't like waiting in line you can drop off prepaid packages without waiting at the counter.

This is the best post office around. Be patient it's small office with 3 windows and usually it's fairly busy. The people at the counter do a great job! At this point I have mailed hundreds if not thousands of first class and priority mail packages through this post office without a problem in several years. I once left a UPS package at this post office and they called me to let me know, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. They have consistent hours and do not close for lunch! Thank you for years of wonderful service.

If you have a bad attitude when using this post office there is ice cream shop just down the road

Called to check on our mail being forwarded and talked to someone who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what had been happening as well as checked in our routes and new mail carriers. Absolutely wonderful service as usual in my case. I know there are negative reviews but the expectations being put on this post office and it’s staff tend to be unrealistic. They are doing their best as far as I’m concerned.

I have been selling used books online since 2002. I am frequently at 44022 and have had no problems and the postal employees always accommodate my relatively important need of getting the book shipped. Over 60,000 items shipped (at numerous post offices) and less than 6 misfires where the package was lost and at least three of these were undoubtedly the fault of my customer, for instance by entering the wrong delivery address. All necessary information for shipping is freely available either online, by reading the walls of the post office or by inquiry. Most postal customers don't bother with any of this. And then there is the excellent pricing: other companies charge $25 to $30 for what the USPS charges $7 (Priority, up to 4 lbs.). No one can compete. I believe that I shall pack up a couple of books and troop over there, now, without a single worry about the destination of my packages.

Last Fri at approx 6:00pm. I was at the light Solon/Miles Rd.( Hair pin turn ) I watched a Postal Delivery person double check that the house on cornor w.White picked fence was shut correctly. I was really moved at how caring Postal Carrier was.Again this was on Friday 8th April at 6:00 pm

This post office unfairly gets a bad wrap. While the USPS in general has problems, everyone at the Chagrin Falls office has always been really helpful and friendly, from the clerks to the supervisor to the post master.

Excellent new front end staff, courteous and professional. New postmaster who keeps his door open when he is available so that customers can approach the open door to speak with him. High hopes for this office.

Not sure what all the fuss is here but this office is great!!! Very nice people and we are fortunate to have them all! Super fast and nice!

The only helpful post office in the entire country as far as I can tell.

Delivery is almost always excellent. And when I have encountered any issues and inquired, I always get a call directly from the manager to tell me what's up.

Ignore the irate Karens. I've been here hundreds of times and I've never had anything but polite and knowledgeable service.
