We recently visited Miracle-Ear in Tyler to have my husband’s hearing issues assessed. We knew he had hearing loss and wasn’t sure on how to move forward getting hearing aids. The service we received was great. Susan, Claire and Rhonda were kind, sweet and very professional. They assessed his hearing loss and walked us through the process of getting hearing aids (our insurance covered them - we had no idea!). It was an easy, fast process and within a short time, my husband is able to hear again. Thank you so much for your help! We would definitely recommend!

I have had so many wonderful experiences at this location. The ladies are so sweet! Susan is always trying to work around my schedule. Any questions or issues I have had Rhonda and Claire have the answer or will find it! They will stay after hours to make sure I have no problems. Our experience with the Tyler TX Miracle Ear office and professionals has been excellent. From the reception area handled by Susan Conley, through professional care by Rhonda Gardner and Clair Jolly have exceeded our expectations. The hearing aids I am using have brought me into a new era of hearing. The digitizing screen/graph displays the gain in my hearing. It's truly remarkable and noticeable both to me and my wife.

The learning curve is augmented by Clair's expertise and experience. Regular appointments are needed to both learn how to use and take care of the devices. An added aspect is using my iPhone to adapt the input volume when necessary. Rhonda showed us my progress in hearing loss that had been recovered.

Claire and Susan were a delight. They took care of my mom like she was theirs. They spent so much time explaining and convincing her that she NEEDS hearing aids to get back to being her normal self. Now with the Miracle-Ear in her ears, she can participate and engage with all her friends and families. I am particularly happy to see the improvement in the relationship with my kids. They were sure missing their grandma!

My Dad is 83 and he had hearing aids but was not using them. Rhonda and Susan met with us and with Claire's help he received a complete hearing exam and they took the time to listen to my Dad and they figured out what was wrong and adjusted his hearing aids so they work for him again.
On the drive home he comments how loud the turn signal was in my truck...he had never heard that before. Great people who like to help others-highly recommend!
