I had a shipping/logistic issue that was my own fault. I asked for a above and beyond request and they said yes to help out. I think it was mary? Thank you so much and thank you usps for having reachable employees

Every time I've gone over here it's been all business and just a little bit cordial. Very fast when customers know what they're doing. Never any issue with the professional postal workers.

UPDATE:....just had an issue. I called and Mary bent over backwards to help me on the phone. Issue solved. These people are incredible. I wish more people that get fantastic service like I always do would write reviews.

As a business owner myself...I understand how hard it is to get nice reviews. Of course people when upset will take right to the Internet. I just got back from the Gresham Post office...and as always, these people are amazing. Maurice (Retired now)..... Kathy and all the rest who have helped me for years are always kind...efficient, and treat each customer with great respect. Thank you. SMILES.

Today I chose to go to the Gresham branch because I always receive friendly service. The postal worker helping me today at the counter was named Daisy she knew her job well making sure my package would make it to North Carolina for my father's 85th birthday by next Wednesday at the lowest cost possible. She was a delight and how many times have you been able to say my post office experience was stress-free hmmm???...you are a beacon of smile power Daisy, grateful for the recharge  and your knowledge of 'the postal'.

Cheryl is a baddie I’ve definitely been spitting game at her every time I send a package. I send empty boxes to myself just so I can come in and have a reason to holler at her. She never is down to give me the digits and now they asked me to leave when I come in but the players got to play you missed 100% of the shots you don’t take

I’m 66 years old from, 40 years in Los Angeles, 26 years here, and in all my years experience of dealing with postal workers, this place tops them all! Gresham has an incredibly great group of workers here, folks!! For years my husband and I dealt with mailings, I’ve had a post box here and have had numerous encounters here through the many years I’ve lived in Oregon, 15 of them here in Gresham, and I cannot tell you how I adore this group! Most of the window workers have been here for years! They are knowledgeable, friendly, And almost treat you like family once they know you! I cannot thank them enough for all the many wonderful years of service we’ve enjoyed with this particular group of employees! Four stars for the Gresham Postal workers from me, all the way!!!!

I never have any issues here even though it seems like everyone else does. The staff is always very knowledgeable and always answer my questions and greet me with a smile no matter how busy they are. I don't use the Post Office often but it doesn't feel like a chore because of the friendly people behind the counter. Thanks.

Mary at the Gresham Post Office went the extra mile with customer service. Listened to our Express mail problem- determined what may have happened- and made some phone calls to locate our mailing. Top notch civil servant who knows how to problem solve and communicate .

Daisy is an amazing person and is the most precious gem. I almost lost all faith in humanity. Everyone is so cold to each other. And then comes daisy. She is so kind and went above and beyond for me. Thank you for sharing your kindness.

This post office is conveniently located in my neighborhood & is open Saturdays 10AM - 2-PM. The postal clerks here are cheerful, helpful & efficient. The line can grow long, but clerks are quick. The bldg appears to be old, but no information is posted, or any plaques.

Keep up the good work Gresham P.O.

I love this post office. The employees are efficient, polite and move at lightning speed compared to other post offices in the area. My mail gets to its destination in 2 - 3 days as expected.

I've tried another post office in Oregon and my mail took a week.

Now I have to try the Fairview P.O.

I've lived here for almost 25 years and this has been my post office the whole time. Every one has always been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I've never heard nor seen anyone be rude nor inefficent. Keep up the great work.

Guy at the counter was super awesome I had mail Held and he went through all the trouble le of calling the carrier making sure they actually held the mail that day because I'm waiting for important check and my neighbors take my mail. So yeah he was great 👍 very knowledgeable too.

This is the best post office that I've ever been to. Great people. Never have to wait long. Very convenient. 👍🏻

I paid priority for 2 days shipping because it’s fruit. It ended up in front of my house 2 weeks later with empty open box. The manager just wrote a letter for apologizing that is all. No refund no compensation. This is the worst service i have ever had

Postal staff here is always friendly. This is a very busy postal services location so dont expect to get in right away. There is usually a line at this location but that's ok it goes by fast as the employees keep the line going amd are always polite and helpful.

This is a good group of people doing a very difficult job. Especially during the pandemic. At the moment there are delays in the system that are holding up mail and packages to various towns. But everything will get there, just be patient.

Never had a problem with anyone there. Good people and good service. You get what you put out is the way I look at it. You come in with a bad attitude you get it back in return.

I get awesome US history stories every time I get stamps that involve US history and they're nice. Post offices are awesome! Thanks USPS!

Been using this post office for decades. Almost always good service!
