Never had a bad experience at this location! Recently had trouble adding a new line from a cricket account and the person who helped us, Osai, was AMAZING!! Absolutely 100/10! They made what was overall an incredibly frustrating process much easier to handle simply by being kind, patient, and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! They did not make us feel overly pressured to spend excess money while at the same time upselling us T-Mobiles service in a professional and very positive way! Overall incredible employee!! We had to come back a few different times during this process and always made sure Osai would be there when we had to come back as they were extremely helpful and pleasant to be around! Honestly cannot say enough good things about them :)
Highly recommend their expertise next time you go to this location!

There one t mobile store to go to where you do not have to wait 45 minutes for service. T Mobile city creek! Go there now great service Not very busy since its in the mall. Ordered my tablet Friday night received it Monday afternoon. Awesome service

T-Mobile at City Creek Center is a good place to visit if you need help finding a phone or a new service plan.

I was visiting Utah from another country and tried an eSIM with another provider but it did not work. I went to this T-Mobile store #8828 because it was close to my hotel. Ezekiel was very helpful and quick in troubleshooting and confirming the issue with my phone, and installing a new SIM so I could have data.

Had a crazy scenario changing my cell phone number and activating an Apple Watch line. Had many issues, questions, and concerns. Luis helped me out A TON with everything and went above and beyond to find the solution I came in looking for. Osai was also very friendly and helpful. Out of the three T-Mobile stores I visited looking for help, this one was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. Very appreciative of my experience! Thank you for your help!!

I had the most amazing service from Osai and Juan. They were not only helpful, they were super professional!! :) they saved me big time as I was travelling and trying to find a SIM card. And they even helped me save an extra $10. :) they offered me an amazing option plan and they are so so friendly.

In slc, UT. The service was fantastic and I really enjoyed my time in the store. I do have some disabilities and the person who was helping me set up my new service . And she was way awesome and she took time to help me to learn about the service for my on the go internet. If i could give more stars on the service i was giving at the store .i would give it all the stars in the universe. And i really mean that .
I am so grateful for all the help and the service I received at this store . When i go to this location i have a big smile when I'm in the store. Before i went in the store i was having a tough day with my disabilities. And when i was in this store it changed my day and i was feeling good .

Mark was an amazing helper. My wife had a phone issue that he tried to help with for 2 hours. We left and he texted after they closed to give more ideas to try. He helped find the perfect solution. Would highly recommend!!!

I came in today 8/15/22 around 8pm. I was working with this man who’s tall and long beard. He was absolutely amazing. He really helped me with all my issues. Even though I got disrespected at the 400 south location. The guy who helped me at this location was so sweet and very helpful. He deserves a raise or a bonus. Just saying lol. Will definitely be doing more business with him in the future.

I had problems paying my bill online and one of the employees help me out a ton to let me get control over my online account. He was very patient and kind. Made lots of calls to get things handled. Forgot his name but I think it started with a O.

Got a new family plan with phones and internet and was fortunate to work with Lexi (and Juan) on the process. She was delightfully personable, extremely patient and very thorough making a complicated process a painless experience.

Can't recall her name, but a very kind woman with glasses was super helpful in getting my iPhone reactivated after it was repaired! Will definitely be going back to this store for future assistance.

The staff was very helpful. I explained to them that I currently live in Washington state, I've went to four locations their and all I get is fast talk and deception. It's so disappointing, it might be easier dealing with a car salesman!!

I wanted to specifically recognize the efforts of Jake at this location. He was the only person I talked to that was able to sort out the exceptionally frustrating issues I had with my cell service.

I had been trying to purchase a new phone as a replacement for my aging android phone. I had been chasing down an in stock iPhone for days and was trying to purchase it through T-mobile’s finance plan and generous buyback offer. Unfortunately every time I tried to upgrade at a third party store they were unable to due to some unknown problem with the system. Calling T-mobile, the reps would tell me there wasn’t any problem from their end. Retiring to the stores would prove impossible. I eventually purchased the phone direct from Apple without the financing or the generous buyback of my android phone. The problem was that I still could not activate the phone in my line. This had been three days of being on hold while impotent cs reps did “research.” One rep even gave us the phone number to the very number we had called to reach him. No one seems to have the insight or the desire to take any ownership of the problem.

On the fourth day of continued frustration while traveling I was finally helped by the brilliance of this particular store and this particular man. With no incentive other than to help me out, a random stranger that had already made his purchase, he investigated the issue and called his contacts to research the problem. In the matter of minutes he was able to discover that some arcane sim lock was placed on my line preventing the upgrade. Apparently T-mobile will place these locks on lines they suspect of fraudulent behavior with no notice to the customer. This lock is not present on the current system to it’s only a select few reps. Why this secret mechanism is in place at T-mobile exists is beyond understanding. It almost cost them a customer as I was at my wits end and had a fully unlocked phone that I could have easily ended my service that day and started service with another carrier.

Jake made the necessary calls to the department that needed to correct the problem. Apparently the fraud department is only reachable via internal T-mobile email. But only after a special one time pin was sent to my phone. Yes, the resolution requires an in person action on my part to provide a pin then a reps action of sending an email.

After a few hours the sim lock was released and cell service was transferred to my new phone. I have Jake from T-Mobile at this specific location to thank for it.

I am truly thankful for all his efforts and wanted to express my profound gratitude.

Mark did everything possible to help us with our problems! He went above and beyond and checked up with us later to see if it was working! We love this store and we’re so impressed!
