Everyone here is so helpful and kind. Ash(e), helped to trouble shoot with a payment issue I was experiencing, and really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. She was so sweet, and her enthusiasm was off the charts. I wish all shopping experiences were as great as this one was. <3

Great selection, they had the fragrance I’ve been looking all over for. Also very friendly and helpful staff. The store is very clean and well organized

I just got my make up done by London. She did amazing. I don’t know anything about make up but she was patient. Very knowledgeable and understood being budget friendly. Honestly all the ladies were amazing in there. Super sweet. I just got home and looked myself in the mirror and I look amazing I don’t even want to take it off. I can’t wait to try everything she showed me. Thank you again. And to the lovely ladies I met I didn’t get to get you names but thank you ♥

I was so pleased with the kind & experienced service I received today with Andrea. She was quickly able to look at my skin and suggest I try an SPF 40 tinted serum that would better match my skin color (fair, cool) than the product I had purchased. She was patient and understanding in making my exchange and I'm very happy with my new purchase. I will go back to Andrea for my future cosmetic needs.

Shout out to Londyn she did amazing yesterday with my makeup. She asked me what i was looking for i told her i was getting married by court and i was open to her suggestions. Only thing i mentioned was i wanted my eye shadow to be more neutrals tones for this ocasional. She did an amazing job. Very detailed and took her time. I Never had my makeup done before and i loved it i felt beautiful for my special day. I already booked her for next month for something else. Thank you Londyn for making me feel beautiful.

Shout out to Kat. She is an amazing problem solver and has great customer service. I wish all the employees at this location were like her; this is in no way a dig at them, they’ve all been nice, but she just really knows what she’s doing! Will continue coming here mostly because of my positive experience with Kat.

This has been the most pleasant Sephora I have ever visited. I came in wanting the Haus Labs foundation and Kim was so helpful and nice, she went out of her way to get the shade from the back of the store. When I checked out, the young lady at the register was also just so friendly and engaging. I actually picked the wrong shade (all my fault) and came back a few days later and everyone, again, was so welcoming and helpful. Courtney helped me order the right shade cause they didn’t have it in stock, she also gave me a sample of the shade while I wait for the full size. and the lady at the resister was also just so helpful and nice. I’ll definitely be sure to always come here. They also have soooooo many brand so choose from. The store is also clean and stocked of tissues and ways to test products. Great job.

I wish i could rate this 20 stars. kim, olivia well done! and God i wish i remembered even the cashiers name. I’m so big on customer service and this was spectacular. my experience was seamless i came in specifically for mascara and oliva started me off with so much insight on so much even aspects of makeup. i was literally helped immediately when i gave a look of confusion. After she helped me pick two marvelous mascaras. i honestly thought that was it but i did some last minute browsing and Kim kindly stepped over and helped me make some additions to my skincare routine with honest reviews, explanations. i can honestly say i didn’t just go blindly spending. the team was so well informed and honest. this was the most informed and exciting buying experiences i’ve ever had. well done arbo sephora team !!!!

Such a wonderful experience! When I walked in the store, I was greeted promptly. When I explained my situation and needs to the associate (wish I recalled her name!), she immediately set to helping me. I'm quite inexperienced with make-up, but with the associate's assistance and suggestions, I feel like I have the perfect products for my upcoming event. 😊

Denise helped me twice in the past two months, and both times she has been super cheerful, very funny, and very helpful...The second time when I went in, I was reallt glad she was helping her because I remembered her from before, and I don't remember anything these days! She also went out of her way to help get some extra info on something for me, so she goes the extra mile as well! Thank you, Denise! You make shopping fun :)

I’m not a makeup type of girl lol lol so this was VERY last minute lol Andrea got me in and out & I made it on time to my photoshoot!!! I received compliments on my make-up all night long!! I will def be back and this has made me feel way more comfortable wearing makeup. Thank you again!!!

Amazingly helpful and kind. I'm older, extremely dry skin. Olivia at the arboretum Charlotte location was so helpful. She recommended the Tatcha rice wash and Tatcha dewy skin creme. There was an immediate difference to my skin texture and glow! I'm so thrilled with results! I bought the CC+ foundation. Olivia matched to my skin tone perfectly! All the girls are so helpful, whatever your budget and skin care needs, they're knowledgeable. Thank you Olivia. I'll be back!!
