Lush Cosmetics South Park Mall

Jennie is a superb representative of Lush. She happily explained products in detail and explained the benefits of using the products. She was not pushy and gave me samples to try at home. This was a pleasant experience and why I would spend my money at a business like this. Keep employees like her happy and you’ll continue to have continued loyal customers

One of my favorite stores and one of the only reasons I will go into the mall. The employees are helpful. Their products are great. I also love the little samples they always throw in my bag.

Halea was such a joy to get help from. I had so many questions and she showed me a plethora of products that would work for my specific needs. She was kind the entire time and was so funny I laughed throughout the whole process. She made my day and I would love to come back and be helped by her again!!

As a guy, I'd never paid Lush much attention before. They were always the "bath bomb" store. With friends, I've discovered that they make incredible soaps, that leave you smelling fresh instead of just making your skin feel tacky. Strongle recommend checking out their soaps

This is my favorite Lush location! The employees are super friendly and welcoming. Especially Simon, he was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me pick out the best soap tailored to my concerns. He was also very patient and listened to my concerns.

Anesha really helped me out. I have a lot of allergies, and she was able to find me a shower oil and soap I wouldn't react AND had the scent I was looking for. 20/10

Love this place...the aroma can be overwhelming ( if you aren't use to it) I love walking in and them remembering me. Their costumer service is bomb ( no pun intended) 😆 the products are great. My favorite thing ever is the Scrubee it smells so good ( it's an in shower moisturizer/exfoliate) I love the honey shampoo bar and the lavender bubble bar thing. I love charity pot lotion (super moisturizing) a little oily after you apply though but I need the extra moisture. These make great gifts. I love how it's environmental friendly ans handmade. Ppl really love their bath bombs as well. I always go to Lush for a basket I make for my guest at my house.

Just to walk by the door of Lush will make you go in to see what's going on with all of those nice fragrances and aromas. Then once you go in and see all that they have you will be pleasantly surprised and amazed by the variety. The Lush-Tenders are well versed in Lush Cosmetics. I have been using Lush products for years now. Vegan friendly and fighting against animal testing is a win win for me. If you have eczema, the sleepy soap bath bar along with the dream cream body lotion is a must. Products to obsess over, and helpful employees - what’s not to like?

Simon is great for those who are anxious in large crowds. He is friendly and helpful and he recommended some delicious candles that I bought.

Samantha & MJ helped provide an entirely new skincare review and helped me with samples to test on my skin! This will be the only place I come for, for face and skin products moving forward!

My experience at the Lush store was inviting. It was my first time going alone and I definitely feel comfortable going again! Haléa was especially helpful with showing me which products would work best with my dark complexion. And the manager Samantha was kind at the register

MJ & Kitty were amazing! Took their time to go over multiple products with me as I was a first timer.I wasn’t even looking for a new hair product however I’m IN LOVE with my new Wow Curl Cream! Soft, full curls. I applied the product to my wet hair & my hair dried beautifully! 10/10 definitely recommend the staff and the products!

Amazing shopping experience! Kitty and Amber went above and beyond to help to give everyone in the crowded store their full attention. They were professional and knowledgeable about all of the products. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time! In addition, the products are fantastic! Had a fabulous experience at LUSH in South Park. Everyone was so helpful - Kitty in particular was so informative and answered any and all questions I had about products… I not only learned new things about my skin and product ingredients, but I felt empowered and excited to try new things without feeling pressured.. I have sensitive skin and generally have a lot of questions about the products and Kitty offered so much clarity and was intuitive about making sure I knew what was possible for me (10/10!).. it was amazing. Do yourself a favor and bring some magic into your day… or of course, into your care routine.
