Cafe 7

Cafe 7 is a treat! It’s a fantastic place for pasta, salads, sandwiches, and other specialty items. The ordering situation is neat. You can pick and choose and interact with the paper menu as you like. Also, I’m a huge fan of the tomato soup! You can get a cup with any of the options. Really worth it!

I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time and now that we stopped in yesterday afternoon I wish we would have tried it sooner! Everything was absolutely amazing!! We split the chicken Caesar salad and the mushroom soup as appetizers. They were both great sized portion and then came the entree’s. I chose the pot pie while others in our group went with a custom sandwich and pasta. Everything was so good! We were really impressed with everything about this restaurant. We will definitely be returning here often. I can’t say enough great things about it. Also, in ending all staff members were very courteous and helpful with the questions we had regarding the menu. The entire restaurant was clean and organized. Great job to Cafe 7!

I was in the mood for a good, creamy lemon sauce, and something different. This place surpassed expectations.

We all tried each other's plates, awesome. The garlic Toast and red pepper/gouda soup is stellar. The pesto sauce is rich, bold, on point, and took us back to New York City. My daughter had the Alfredo with bacon and was like a carbonara.

The tea selection is amazing! The bathrooms are clean.

I thought at first this was going to be a fast food Fazolis type place, nope! It's way better. I got two full meals out of my $10 plate. The soup was awesome. The side pasta salad was the only weak link but it still scratches the itch. The cookies are way better than I expected, very dense and good.

You order by walking in and picking food off a paper menu, then you go to the clerk and hand them the page.

Hands down we will be back. I highly suggest giving this place a try. You can dress casual. You can dress up.

Honestly someone from our company eats lunch here at least 5 days a week. We have been big fans since the beginning. A great spot with a wide variety of options. We have hosted many work/birthday celebrations and meetings here as well as had them cater for us many times. Local supports Local!

I love Cafe 7! Quality food for a fair price. I had the baked ziti with extra bread. Straight up fire! My girlfriend had the egg roll in a bowl and that was excellent too! We both ate for $25 give or take, with drinks!

Seen this restaurant on search and decided to try, reviews are spot on. Neat place, you go inside and take your paper to order what you want from pizza, pasta, sandwiches or salad. Then take to register to put your order in which the cashier checks your order. You get a number and get your drinks and wait for the deliciousness to arrive.
Wife had build own salad with balsamic vinaigrette and tomato basil soup. Salad was crisp and filling, tomato soup was rich, creamy with great robust flavor. We loved it
I had the hot ham & cheese sandwich with southwest potato soup. Both were a hit, the soup was like a enchilada soup with potato’s and other veggies in it. Very good. We will definitely be back, also they offer military discount, Thanks cafe 7.

Tried Cafe 7 for the first time tonight and really enjoyed it. I had the Italian sandwich and a bowl of mushroom soup. Both were very tasty. The atmosphere was nice too. Will definitely be back and want to try other menu items too.

Pros: pasta, soup & salad

I recently ordered online delivery. The caesar salad went up .50 cents to $8.79, the pasta Maggio was $8.79. Everything was tasty and the meal portions were very satisfying. Even the salad had substantial slivers if Parmesan Cheese. The food was worth every penny!

It's nice that they have a drive through option also. The bathrooms are clean with easy access to soap. The place has a comfortable casual vibe. I wish the French onion soup was an everyday option. Great little diner!

LOVED Cafe 7😍 This was our first time but definitely won't be our last!! We split the supreme pizza and it was ah-mazing!! I believe they had 4-5 flavors of tea...I got the peach tea and it was wonderful - I got several refills!!! The reason I got the chocolate chip cookie was because my daughter sent me a list of the top 5 chocolate chip cookies in OKC and it didn't disappoint though it would have been even better if it was warmed up! The food is a definite bang for the buck! We went because we were visiting our daughter - I wish we had one here in Colleyville, Texas!!!

Right as you walk in there's a counter with different menus under different categories (sandwiches, pasta, pizza, etc). You check off what you would like on that menu and give it to the cashier. My son and I both got chicken fettuccine alfredo with a large fountain drink. I got a side salad and garlic bread, and he got a side of Mac&cheese (penne pasta). You're given a number for your table's order. We placed it on the table, went over to get our fountain drinks, and my sides were already waiting for me at the table. We literally just sat down and I take 1 bite of the garlic bread and the chef is already bringing me my food. Fastest service I think I've ever had. The chicken didn't taste like it was seasoned though. But the garlic bread was so perfect. They have a decent selection size for each beer, wine, and tea. They have bottled soda, water, tea, etc available too. A TV was on that was playing basketball highlights. Their cookies were really good too. I got the strawberries&cream and the s'mores, and my son got chocolate chip. Our bill was under $20, until we added the cookies lol. @ailijay

Had a great lunch today. The seasonal Salmon Power Bowl with spinach, sweet potato and quinoa. Shared a bowl of red pepper gouda bisque with my sweetie.

Was quite pleased with my experience here. I love the way they have the menu where you mark what you want. I had the create your own spaghetti. It was quite tasty and good value for what you got. The service was really good and the staff was quite friendly. I do love the variety of teas that they have too.

I met a friend for lunch here and had the chicken pot pie. I'm a pot pie junkie and try it everywhere it's offered. This one is my new favorite. There are lots of tasty looking options on their menu, including pizza, pasta, salads, and sandwiches.

This is a great spot for lunch or dinner. I’ve been here a few times, and I am always pleased with the quality of the food and service. Compared to other similar locations, it does seem to be a little bit pricier. Would still recommend!

So good! Worth the drive for me! LOVE the salmon power bowl, fresh and fast service. Amazing. An ideal place for me to eat.

My mom and I chose cafe 7 because we were in the area and they never fail to deliver a great experience! We went different directions on the menu she had the turkey and guac sandy,a side of baked potato salad and a cup of tortilla soup which she really enjoyed.
I couldn't resist the seasonal Samon power bowl and I am so glad I did the sweet potato were perfectly cooked , the Salmon so fresh and deliciously seasoned. I also enjoyed the baked potato salad because...Well, if you have had it. You know why!
We also ordered a Luau pizza to take home with the the thought that my husband was due off work anytime... He arrived right on schedule to enjoy a slice but had enjoyed lunch ordered in at work. His loss!
We had ordered two sodas on our tickets but at the last second at the register decided to share a bottle of white wine. I tried to remember the name and sorry it fails me. I went to the menu , the wine list changes to frequently to post. If I remember correctly what caught our attention was the notation about flavors of a buttery cookie and maybe apricot fruit. It was a lovely dry wine but not overly so with no bite. The perfect 🎵 to an incredible lunch.
Lunch is all in the company too and this was a perfect setting with delightful company, yummy food and great wine.

If in the area and before the seasonal options change you MUST try the Salmon bowl and try to decipher which wine we enjoyed. I give it to you as a challenge my Yelp friends.

The food here is always very good and fresh. We had a mishap with one of our dishes, and the manager went above and beyond to make things right.

I've never had a bad experience at Cafe 7. The staff is always friendly, and the food is great every time. The food always comes out quick and hot, and so tasty.

Everything I have eaten on the menu is delicious. Their Pizza is especially good.

These guys are awesome. Friendly service, excellent food, hyper-clean establishment, excellent prices.
