Dallas, the manager of the Washington, PA store has been extremely helpful every time I have spoken to him. When I got there I was flustered, and he was super patient and full of information. I would definitely recommend using this service.

The representatives at the store/repair located in Washington PA were very helpful and got my phone fixed and working right away. Very nice and explained everything to me so I understood. Will use that location again if need be without a doubt

I will recommend this place to anyone!! Dallas helped me understand what needed to be done to my phone. It only needed a screen. I didn't need a new phone. If you need your phone or tablet fixed, go here, you won't regret it.

As unfortunate as it is to have cracked the screen on my phone, the folks here were awesome. My phone is good as new and the service was quick and thorough. Dakota was very sweet and the techs know what they're doing.

To be completely honest, my overall review of Asurion as a whole would be less than 1 star, but my recent interaction with Gerald at the Washington, PA Location turned that around and it is because of him that I am providing 5 Stars.

All I needed was to have a cracked screen fixed, but Multiple phone calls and multiple trips to different Asurion/UBIF locations has been frustrating, to say the least. It wasn't until I went to the Washington Location and came across Gerald that I was able to finally get my phone fixed. Gerald is very friendly, knowledgeable and is truly an asset to the Asurion company. I appreciate the help he provided!
