Broke my glasses last min while on a business trip. My glasses are important to me as i am a (Art handler, Art Installer, Carpenter) and 15/16th of an inch counts in my field. Had such an amazing shoping experience over at Oliver Peoples Aspen, Colorado yesterday morning 1/19/2024 Jennifer Salesperson 747259 and also The Technision! saved my business trip. In this case my needs were more important. Nonetheless, I left with a breif history of Oliver Peoples, a quality and timeless pair of frames, and ultimately my needs addressed.

Oliver Peoples Randy Scott is the best. His expertise and knowledge are outstanding. He is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. His years of understanding the business cannot be replaced he is gem.

Purchased new prescription frames and lenses on 12/19. They arrived at the store in a timely manner but the manager of the store “disappeared” so none of the sales associates could put frames and lenses together until manager returned. Two weeks later still didn’t have my glasses even though frames and they said once the manager returned they would overnight them to me. There was a miscommunication about when the glasses actually shipped out and received the worst customer service when asked if they could email me tracking. Female sales associate told me she could “email me at some point later” because she was so “busy”. Didn’t understand how she had the ability to answer the phone but couldn’t take two seconds to send an email with tracking. Not the way I ever expected to be talked to as a polite customer and she was very flip with me. Really disappointing experience all around especially from a brand like Oliver Peoples.
