7 years ago, we used OFW to purchase furniture for our office. We just rented new space and needed to have the furniture moved. I immediately thought of Neil because who better than the company that originally assembled the furniture. He remembered me right away and even some of the furniture we purchased. Neil is very helpful, friendly, patient and easy to work with as a salesman. He sent out Sebastian, Al and Jimmy and they were great. They were very careful and wrapped the furniture to keep it from getting scratched and were very patient and friendly. They put up with me not having a decision made as to the placement of all the furniture. We had to try a few pieces a few different ways and they did it with a smile. Must say that great experiences are few these days, but Neil Weiss at OFW carved an exception into that rule. My experience with OFW was nothing short of fantastic. Although the showroom was closed, Neil made the time to meet with me on a Saturday morning. He took his time to walk me through the showroom and answered all my questions. Bought a nice office set that he recommended and I could not be happier.

When it was time for us to move buildings, we decided we needed to upgrade our office furniture. I walked into the OFW islandia location and was immediately greeted and assisted by Steve. We worked on my layout and budget until we got it right. Steve was always available and helpful. He was also very honest and cost conscience on our behalf. Steve was even able to get our furniture delivered the day we needed it, with short notice. I highly recommend OFW, and our business will be using them anytime we need furniture in the future.

Not only was Steve and his staff extremely knowledgeable, they were also proactive with providing different options and solutions.
