Absolutely LOVE the new employees at this Spencer's! Or at least the ones that were working the day i went (4/28). They were all fun, happy, great customer service. My sister and I were Wowed! The last few times we've been here have NOT been the greatest and we would literally go all the way to the Woodlands to go to a Spencer's. This last experience has changed our minds and we are so pleased with it. Thank you so much!

The staff (manager) is super friendly. They're helpful and knowledgeable in where stuff is located and will get it down in a timely manner. The store always has a large variety of easily recognizable pop culture references and the music does really fit in with the items being sold and is really enjoyable. Which is why it's the first store I hit up every time I enter Deerbrook mall.

I was there a few days ago and needed help with getting gifts for my family and this guy named Niko was so helpful. If you go and need help ask for him. He was so helpful and his customer service was AMAZING.

They had Spencers when I grew up in the 80s it was good had all kinds of stuff gag gifts birthday gifts lava lamps still pretty much the same not much has changed it was good to go back and be reminded of the old days

All different kind of stuff to look at. Anywhere from coffee cups to belly button rings. Awesome store. Great atmosphere and customer service.
