Staff was great! The manager, don't remember her name, quickly diagnosed my dead battery. The other employee, a gentleman with locs, quickly installed my new battery! Kudos to them both!

Nice service, even nicer people. A man named Jason helped me out, and I believe he was the friendliest man that I have met. Will definitely return soon.

I would like to say that Jane that works at this Autozone saved me!! Both on New Years eve and New Years Day. I was visiting from PA and was leaving to go back on Jan 2nd. My minivan lost power on Dec 30th. New Years eve I bought a battery from Jane and replaced it and brought the mini van to Auto zone to give them the dead battery. Jane came out and checked it and said my Alternator was bad. It is New Years eve and Jane called many places for me but they were closed. Jane then called a friend who was more than happy to help me put in the alternator. The next day the van is starting to die again (New Years Day). Jane then calls her friend back and the only reasoning could be a bad alternator. Jane then returned the bad alternator for me and found another alternator that her friend put in and it worked. Long story short my wife, three kids and dog drove 15hrs back to PA with no problem. I would just like to thank Autozone and in particular Jane who went way over and beyond for me on New Years Eve and New Years Day when most people would not be working or would never extend that helping hand that Jane did. Autozone you have a tremendous employee with a huge heart and extremely knowledgeable about cars and what they need. Thank you Jane from our family!!

I, a 25 yr old girl with zero auto knowledge, came alone to get some oil and coolant for my car. The ladies, whose names I did not get unfortunately, and Patrick helped me make sure I did everything right. Everyone was polite and helpful when I asked any questions and volunteered to help me check to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I cannot thank Patrick enough for the help and reassurance he provided!!

On 01/18/2023 at about 2:30 I went in only to buy a replacement bulb and I just wanted to say Anthony K. is the literal best. He replaced my low beam headlight bulb as well as brushed all the corrosion from my battery causing my check engine light to immediately go off. He was sweet to me from the jump, he made me laugh when I really needed it most and he doesn’t even know it, he went the extra mile with cleaning up what I never knew was even there. I’ve been having a really tough time lately and people like Anthony and the little gestures being done is what keeps me going, I couldn’t be more appreciative. Y’all have a wonderful person and associate, make sure to keep him please. Thank you.

I needed a new headlight bulb and Trista helped me pick out the right one and install it! She also pointed out that my other bulb was about to burn out and fixed that for me. Very nice and fast service!

Bought a new battery at AutoZone. It turned out to be defective. 24 hrs. Later they gave me a new one, no charge. They have integrity!! So so rare in this day and age.

I was anxious about a trip I about to take. I went in for new wiper blades. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by an associate and the store manager. Both were very knowledgeable on what I would need for the climate change of my trip. The manager recommended other items that were very helpful. She also installed the windshield wiper! I highly recommend this store.

After a battery failure (and roadside assistance) we were recommended to leave the car running and take it to Autozone ( Store 0293 - Brunswick, Ga.) I called them to see if they could check the battery straight-away, as we only have one car (we're an elderly couple). The man who answered was so helpful and friendly - think his name was Patrick. We did have to purchase a new battery; it was installed very quickly and we were very relieved, as it was approaching a busy weekend before Thanksgiving. We highly recommend using this store. Thank You !

Auto Zone struck gold when they hired Tron Bell. He worked diligently in this extreme heat to make sure the problem with my car was fixed. Oh, for more Trons working in Brunswick!

Great customer service. They ordered parts for my sons dirt bike, and we were able to be picked up the next day.

The Manager on duty Roniecia was amazing!! She was so polite to us when we were having a bad experience and she was teaching the employees how to do things the correct orderly way. If I worked with her she would definitely be my favorite Manager!! Great job choosing her.

Roniecia was on top of it today! We walked in needing a battery, and with it being the weekend and a holiday, they were pretty busy. But she was aware of everything going on in the store and was apologetic when the cashier (who appeared to be new) didn’t know how to properly ring up the battery. She even offered to have it carried out for us. I want to make sure she’s recognized for amazing customer service! This is how you keep customers coming back!

Larry is awesome. Very accommodating, made sure i left with what I needed and not having to go anywhere else. Also made myself aware that autozone would also discount my battery exchange to eliminate the additional code charge. Saved me time and money, knocked everything out in 1 trip, and signed me up for rewards to further provide me with savings on future visits. Thanks Larry

Roneicia, the store manager embodies the definition of excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me. Very knowledgeable about all the parts that I needed, and patient as well.
