Our fav Starbucks they get it right 9 out of 10 times!! Morning shift is always super friendly and eager to help! Go in the afternoon be prepared to wait and don’t expect super friendly staff at that time. There’s a lot of transient people sitting in the lobby daily so be aware. But it’s a perfect location for a quick coffee.

Extremely nice staff. Do not go to the Starbucks by the river. They were extremely rude and messed up our drinks. We came here and Anastasia was so nice. She remade my girlfriend’s coffee. The entire staff was nice from the moment we entered. Will always come here in the future. Highly recommended.

Super cute layout with lots of window seats. Iced chai tea latte w/ oat milk is always a good idea! Was not busy at all and I only waited maybe 3 min at 3 pm on a Sunday.

this new Starbucks is definitely an improvement from the previous one. The older one attracted a lot of the transients it came through town. This one is much cleaner and well-designed. they have beautiful artwork on the wall in the chairs are comfortable to sit in to read the paper or take a look at your phone. Ari is a great guy will make you a great cup of coffee. If you're going to come downtown and look for Starbucks go to this one. Great location

Love coming to this Starbucks Maya is always on point with her drinks and is super friendly. The store well taking care off , the atmosphere is relaxed and easy going.

Great to find while walking the historic squares in downtown Savannah. The baristas were friendly and efficient. As it was around Christmas, I was also able to have a gift card balance transferred onto my Starbucks phone app very quickly and professionally by the store.

The baristas here are really nice. They do a great job creating “ the 3rd place “ experience.

The facility is LEED certified and strives to offer sustainable options. The entire Savannah is bathroom unfriendly (key code locked) but we were able to use their bathroom.

Had the absolute best baristas today!! Since vacation calories don’t count, I finally decided to try the tiktok iced white chocolate mocha yadda yadda. I was a little nervous to order it, but the girl that took the order was great, the girls that made it were awesome and they just had the best most positive vibe even though it was super busy! And the drink was perfection! So shout out to them! (I drank a good bit before remembering to take a pic!)

Staff are always so kind and friendly. Willing to remake drinks if you drop it accidentally.

Store could be cleaner? But I think it looks dirty because its old. Yellow is not the best choice of cushions, they did not age well! However, actual prep area for drinks and food is kept spotless, staff are always cleaning when I walk in.

The barista that day was cranking out orders pretty fast. I expected a bad drink at that speed but it was top notch Starbucks. The cashier was very helpful in helping me chose breakfast items to fit into my dietary restrictions. The only issue was maybe atmosphere. As I entered into this location on this RAINY DAY, about 6 homeless people filled the front lobby. Everyone was quiet and still but pretty grungy looking. Not really what I expect to see at a place where I am paying 6$ for coffee.

Trendy, sophisticated, spacious store. Nice service and attentive staff.

What can you say about Starbucks, overpriced coffee served in made up named sized cups. In reality, we all go to Starbucks not so much for the coffee, but for the atmosphere and feeling that we are doing something decadent to treat ourselves.

Cheap, excellent friendly service, and a nice space. What more is there to want for?

Visiting from Florida, for a few days. Only got to come to this particular Starbucks once, after Odin& Sons but it was great. 👍🏾The bartista I had-didn't get her name or # - was a cute black girl that was super helpful. Very clean and fast service. Definitely coming back here.

I've never seen a team of three Starbucks workers all work together so well. I visited on July 4th, 2019 for a break from the heat. Efficient service, clean seating, and pleasant atmosphere. However, I have also never been to a Starbucks where no music was playing? Oh well :)

My husband and I were visiting from Toronto and stopped in to grab a warm drink before we went on a ghost tour. I couldn't decide what I wanted and let Tara decide for me. Honestly the best drink I've ever had at a Starbucks!
