I had placed an order for delivery through DoorDash with Sally’s 2 hr express delivery and they had forgotten one item of my order. I called and let them know, they offered for me to just come and pick it up, but I informed them I did not have my car with me which is why I ordered delivery. One of the staff PERSONALLY dropped off my missing item to my home, above and beyond customer service. They apologized profusely, but the thing that surprised me was having someone come and hand deliver it to me! Seriously wish I got their name, what a good team. Thank you so much!

Keanna was amazing . She was able to help me with all my hair dying needs. She was so honest and knowledgeable about which items I needed to keep my hair healthy. Highly recommend this Sally’s Beauty.

Such a difference from the other store. The woman with purple and pink hair was so nice, so friendly and so understanding. This is what I come to expect when I go to Sally's beauty supply. A good experience and knowledgeable about the products.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ema (I believe was her name) in the Sally's Beauty supply in Carlsbad. I was extremely nervous about using a hair color and developer for the first time because my beautician recommended to cease using the box type in the stores. She was so patient with me and offered suggestions and info about coloring my hair. I was in customer service supervision for over 40 yrs and I can truly spot a good employee that is a hard worker that dealt with customers at the register along with never ending questions from customers on the floor. She took care of each customer in the order in which they came and professionally answered all their concerns/questions. Thank you for helping me out because I left there with such relief and gratefulness that I had assistance from a knowledgeable employee. Highly recommend going to Sally's on Marron Rd in Carlsbad.

I went into this location not really knowing how to accomplish what I want. The staff was so knowledgeable on hair color, and the products to use to keep up my color. I left feeling confident on my project! The store was nice and clean and I felt like I really had one on one care without interruption. I highly recommend going to this location in carlsbad!

I use their shaving products and they got cannabis shampoo/conditioner as well. Thank you to the girls who seem to always be working with multiple things but never fail to greet with a warm smile. You guys are the best in Oceanside!

This store always has much better inventory than others. Always ready to help and even have an extra register. I’ve noticed that the girls who work here give very professional advice and definitely know what they’re talking about. I live in Chula Vista and im down to go visit this Sally’s when im in town, or I’ll call and ask for advice!!(:

I went to Sally's the other day. While I was checking out my 2 year old decided to open a lipstick and put it all over herself when I wasn't pay attention. She didn't make me pay for it and threw it away. I love it when workers understand. I have been go there for 6 years and always been pleased. They will always have my business.

Associate working was so helpful! Thankful she was working when I walked in (long bleach/blonde hair). Super helpful, nice, and efficient. I should have gotten her name.

I enjoy shopping at the store so much. Their products are great! I have had issues with some products but I bring my receipt and do an exchange with no issues at all. The people that work there are so helpful and always have a helpful suggestion when you have questions. I really do like trying new stuff and the people that work here are always so helpful to tell me about what is good.

As a man, choosing between 3 million hair care products and trying to find the right one for you is confusing as hell. Jessica was very friendly and concise and helped me figure out what exactly I needed. Excellent customer service
