The best spot to wine 'n dine in this part of town especially in the early evening... very European/med inspired.

Girls night out? Big night to celebrate? Romantic evening for two? We had the most wonderful evening tonight at Taste and Savor! The charming manager, Lauren, made our celebratory night extra special. Our "Red Wines of the World" wine flight and "Taste and Savor charcuterie cheese board"were delicious. We will be back again soon.

We had a wonderful evening having red wine flights and chatting with Hazel, our server and the lovely guests. Great ambiance and terrific selection of wine!

Always have a wonderful experience at Taste and Savor - Jim and his staff are so attentive. The wine selection is great - hard to find in Fort Collins. They offer a diverse array of flavors that cater to both aficionados and newcomers.
The food is delicious (flatbreads, spinach artichoke dip, bruschetta) - looking forward to tasting the new menu! Pop in for a wine tasting if you can! A definite must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful, top-tier wine experience.

Excellent service and super beautiful interior! I was the only person inside on that particular night (everyone was sitting outside) and I mentioned that I was just going to read my book and relax after a long week and the owner even offered to lower the music for me! The servers were awesome and checked in on me but didn't bother me too much knowing I was there just to read and relax. They gave me an amazing recommendation for a glass of Zin and I wound up buying the bottle to bring home it was so good. added bonus - they have gluten free crackers for their cheese plates!!!

This place is all about refinements... Refined wines, refined platters, all in pairing and harmony. Alternating meet and cheese with white and red wines is a palate's journey.

Fantastic. They had a great selection of delicious wines and cheeses at reasonable rates. Plus, the servers were super helpful and kind. I'll definitely be going back.

The spinach artichoke dip, flat bread, and caprese salad were all amazing. The wine completed the menu with an excellent atmosphere. If you are ever in Ft Collins, a visit to this wine bar is a must. The stresses of college moving day for your children are just erased. Also, make reservations at the Fairfield in and suites so you can walk to your room afterwards. The wine is that good.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place in a rare night out. You walk in and you see a beautifully designed bar. You are excited to see there is a couple open seats. Am I in Colorado or Europe? The experience has been thought through from wine glass to chair. The owner has an exceptional global knowledge of wine. It was a very busy night and our food order got lost in the shuffle. Once the problem was identified it was resolved and the item was comped. We sat next to a delightful regular, who gladly donated a large portion of his paycheck. The crowd slowly faded away and we got to speak with the owner and learn about his world travels. My wife loved it so much that talks about it as her happy place and shows people pictures. Maybe we were just in desperate need of a night out but for us this place checked all the boxes: great wine, great ambiance, knowledgeable staff, great food, great company and an overall great experience.

Great experience. Staff are great and informative. Not sure how the wine prices compares to buying a bottle somewhere else so might be on par but be prepared to spend a lot. The charcuterie boards are a little expensive but taste amazing.

We had the best experience thanks to our server, Amanda. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and gave fantastic recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted next. Being locally owned, you can tell the owners truly care about providing the best possible experience and high quality fine wine. It's a lovely place to spend time in town, highly recommend. Make sure to ask for Amanda when you're in (although everyone that works there is amazing and friendly).

Very fun! Perfect date night - not too loud and it's more intimate. I appreciate the friendly service and the menu is unique and varied. You'll definitely find something on the wine list that you enjoy. Oh, and try a wine flight!

Came to this location for a strategy meeting with a non profit. "Annika" was our server and did a very good job on taking care of our table while we were there.

I recently met a friend here and had a great time. We ended up meeting when they had a wine tasting going on so it was very busy up front. We could still have great conversation and hear each other and our server was still very attentive. The charcuterie was fantastic, so good, I liked the build your own style. Also, the wine was great, I enjoyed the different size pour options. The owners are wonderful, they came and checked in on us several times and you could tell they loved their job! I highly recommend and will go back.

I visited Taste & Savor Wine Bar on Friday, February 11th around 6pm and I can't say enough how great the experience was. Fantastic wine list with a ton of options for bold reds (I'm a red wine enthusiast) at prices ranging from $8 and up (affordable considering the quality). I had a wonderful Malbec by the glass ($14) and I ordered 3 Chesapeake oysters on the half shell which is great because you can order them individually. My friend and I also had the bruschetta and one of the chef created charcuterie boards (the Cabernet). Overall, the food was great and plentiful, the ambiance was intimate and friendly yet upscale - highly recommend to anyone who loves a good wine bar and tapas.

I have visited this wine bar and have been lucky enough to have Amanda as my server every time. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and offers excellent personal recommendations. She allowed me to taste specific wines before committing to a full glass (all of which were amazing, so it was a difficult decision). 10/10 recommend, and I will be back. A beautiful place to sample wine for the new connoisseur, or even have the perfect bottle to please the expert. The settle and gentle ambiance with low music provides a great chance from meeting with friends to having that magical night with the special someone. Baring a range of seating from outdoor seating to indoor seating with tables and a bar, you are sure to enjoy a drink and in house food made to order. C'est la vie!

I had a lovely time here! It's beautiful and cozy place to relax and unwind. They have a vast selection of wines. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They gave excellent recommendations for each of my party (each have very different tastes). I will definitely go again!

What an incredible experience! Taste & Savor exceeds all expectations. It has a wonderful sophisticated yet casual atmosphere with great wine selections & delicious smalls plate options. Loved the options of 1oz 3oz or 6oz in their unique self serve station, oh and did I mention the flight options?! The knowledgeable staff provided outstanding service, only to be topped off by the Owner Jim’s passion, personal touch and presence.
Can’t wait to go back.

This is a perfect date night spot for me and my partner. We had two amazing experiences here both with the lovely server Lauren! Lauren’s service definitely solidified our decision to keep going back. The food and wine was also absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is perfectly cozy and casual but nice.
