I recently brought my laptop into Dot Calm because it wouldn't update. I'd tried everything I could think of, but it just wouldn't budge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and the staff made me feel comfortable. They asked me a few simple and easy-to-understand questions to get a sense of the problem.

A week later, I got the call that my laptop was fixed! They were able to solve the update issue, and it's now working like brand new. I'm incredibly impressed with their expertise and efficiency. They made the whole process so easy.

This is a first class operation. From the greeting and the accurate questioning about the problem with my keyboard to Claude fixing the problem, the service outstanding. I had some followup because I messed up a couple of things on my reentry to my laptop. My problem was quickly resolved.

Having to get tech fixed stresses me out almost as much as having to get my car fixed, but Dot Calm makes the process as painless as possible! They've worked on my computer twice now, once for a quick track pad fix and this latest time when it wouldn't turn on when I sat down to work last week. They're super friendly, professional, and, well, calm! I really like their online customer portal where I could check on the status of my repair, and I was kept in the loop with texts and emails the entire time. Highly recommend.

I came here to do a fingerprint scan for my new workplace. You have to wait a while, but they get the job done. There is a fish tank and some magazines in the waiting room. They have a lot of time options for appointments, and there's a parking lot outside.

I had a fantastic experience. The prices are really reasonable (lowest from all the stores I contacted!) and they did a fantastic job of fixing my phone. A prior shop botched my repair and wanted much more than this shop who made my phone look new! The staff are all nice and the shop's interior design is really good. It smells great in there as well. Going there was totally worth the money and time. I will go again should the need arise.

We invested in 2 new computers in an effort to upgrade our outdated terminals. Claude and his team helped us every step of the way! We were nervous as our scheduling software which keeps all of our client's information was part of the data migration from old to new computers. Claude went the extra mile and spoke directly with our software's tech support to make sure everything was up and running. When we ran into a hiccup with one of our old airports, Claude didn't stop trouble shooting until the problem was isolated and fixed. Fast, friendly, professional service! My 2021 Omen laptop died suddenly while gaming. It was fully charged. Wouldn't turn back on, wouldn't charge. Had an inkling a transistor blew. Was a couple months out of warranty with HP.

Called around and eventually found Dot Calm on GMaps.

Brought it to them. They had a technician investigate the problem, and after a couple weeks found and resolved the issue. It was a bad transistor responsible for allowing the device to charge.

They communicated with me through the entire process via emailed status updates to make sure I was aware of what was transpiring.

The cost was reasonable for the amount of time it took them to investigate the issue, especially compared to outright buying a new mobo or laptop. I definitely recommend them for your computer troubles.

Dot Calm is the go-to tech repair shop in Baton Rouge. From the moment, entering the front door for the first time, I was pleased with everything. It felt like I was at home.
