OfferUp

I have been using OfferUp for years and have sold several items on the platform. OfferUp was previously a great app and very convenient. However, I feel as though your organization must have lost it's way. It seems as if the company doesn't value their users any longer. Their is a complete disregard for complaints. After several attempts to get answers I've received no response to my complaints and requests for help. I bought an iPhone, the person sold me a modified phone that looks like a newer phone (iPhone 13 Pro) and it was advertised as brand new. It turns out the phone is an iPhone X which is an old phone. They must have used the internals of the older phone with a false covering. I tried but I could not reach the seller because they stopped responding. The seller also didn't mark the item as sold to me so I am unable to rate him. I reached out to OfferUp 3 times. I never received a response except the automatic email. Also, no action has been taken and the seller is still busy selling items.
