Advance Auto Parts

January 28, 2024, about 11:00 a.m., we entered Advance Auto Parts on 10th Street in Greeley, Colorado and were welcomed by multiple service people who were helping others. We found everything we thought we needed and then Autumn called us over to her register. We will never be able to thank her for all of her knowledge and patience as she went through each item we had chosen and kindly explained what would be better, and in some cases cheaper, to purchase for our old Dodge work truck. She retrieved all the parts we needed for a tune up and answered numerous questions with professionalism.
After a few hours of installing all those parts and changing all the fluids, we returned to the same location to get their opinion on several warning lights that remained glowing. Chris then quickly attached the diagnostic tool and happily explained that there were no codes being thrown.
To both of you, and all the workers at Advance Auto Parts of Greeley Colorado, store # 08437, YOU ROCK! Thank you for all of your help and excellent selection.

The guy at the desk was super helpful and kind. He greeted me helped me find what I needed made sure it was right for my car. He even offered to help install my new windshield wipers. Awesome experience! It’s things like this that keep me coming back.

Very nice, courteous and helpful staff. I called and they had what I needed. I had forgot the year of the vehicle I had called about when I showed up at the store and the employee remembered for me when I showed up at the store which was amazing he remembered our phone call. That's going above and beyond. Thanks for your help getting me the Die Hard batteries I needed for both of my vehicles during the extreme negative temperatures we had over New Years. Great guys here.

Very nice young man installed a new battery for me and continued to apologize for my wait even though they were very busy. I offered him a tip more than once but he would not take it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband enjoyed talking to the staff. We're from South Florida. It's always a joy to meet great people.

Piney is amazing. Looked and called all over for me to help find a discontinued part. And even called me back to let me know there was no success. But I did get a call back and that as well as the effort is amazing to me.

I called about the club a anti theft bar I called ahead and when I got there is was sitting on the counter waiting. Friendly, helpful and I appreciate them setting it aside for when I got there so I can be in and out quickly especially with all that's going on right now! Thank you guys!!

Mary was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding finding products and troubleshooting a few issues with my car. Saved me some diagnostic charges. I can always count on advanced auto to have what I need and they have great weekly deals.

My battery was dead, my husband was out of town. I got the vehicle to Advance Auto and purchased a battery and a very nice young man but it in for me. Great customer service!

First time I visit due to eangen light came on they help me by scanning for a code. I was told how much the replacement part would cost. E.E. was friendly and helpful Thank you 😊

Every other part store couldn't get my parts till next day and advance had them in stock in the past I did not care for advance but will call them 1st next time will let you know how it works out

I needed a headlight bulb. They had what I needed and even did a price match. I'll be back to their location for more parts soon.
