A MUST!! This place is one of a kind in the area. It has such an array of odd specialty gifts from hand made, collectors pieces, clothes, art, preserved specimens, books, stickers, and more. Of course they also have a precious, black cat named, Shadow.

I love randomly walking around a new area and seeing the words "oddities" and "curiosities" on the sign of a wonderfully inviting place! This is such a cute shop with tons to look at. Lots of very unique items you won't find anywhere else!

This is a new hidden gem in Bastrop for sure!! If you enjoy oddities and antiques, or want an experience reminiscent of the Oddities Expo, it's a cute small store inside an old house. Prices were reasonable. The owner was quite friendly. I'd recommend stepping into this store whenever you come to the area.

I really enjoyed it here. Definitely some unique things for sale. Really nice lady working there (I assume was the owner). Great area of Bastrop. I definitely need to stop in with some more time. Stop by and pick up something cool!

Really cool place here in downtown Bastrop. I’ve bought some cool little collectibles, only thing that made me sad was we came today (Sat 5/27) and I was so excited to show my husband just for it to be closed :(
Normally they’re open on Saturdays but maybe they’re closed for Memorial Day Weekend? Not sure, we’ll try to come back another time.

Awesome shop with great oddities ranging from vintage style posters, taxidermy, wet specimens, pretty sweet t-shirts, etc. The owner is super awesome and friendly and they have a sweet shop kitty!

Lots of interesting antiques and gifts. Will return when I have more time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not welcoming at all, the female working there made a nasty face when we greeted her. Which it was to be the other way around. Girl, honestly if you don't want to work there please look for another job. We really wanted to buy some cool things like the Dolly Parton coffee mug...but with that attitude? Yeah no. Also, your sage was full of bugs. Not a sage savvy....but im sure it doesn't require bugs to clean your house. BIG PASS. - PS thanks for your reply. There were bugs, but its ok I hope you address this. The days we where there are 10/28 between 4-5 PM. I was bummed out too! As I was excited to have a good experience with my significant other. PS: Shadow was more awesome though.
