Excellent customer service! Chase in the paint department was great. Everyone who passed us asked if we needed anything. Super impressed!

This is our go-to for all home repair/updating supplies. Great atmosphere and helpful staff.
The sealant area is so neat and ordly. It really made it easy to find the correct products for my home project. Many thanks to Blake for making my trip quick and easy.

Finally, customer service has improved so much! Elba, was very proficient in the plumbing area. And let's me please note, the parts above the bin, she was able to search for other hardware above, with a can do attitude. Thank you all.

Went here to return light bulbs. Had no issues returning it. The people working here are always friendly and welcoming.

Just find this guy, John. He has an answer for everything and is great at explaining how and why.

I was listening to talk radio today and the hosts were going on and on about the poor customer service they experienced recently in a resturant. They talked about how the servers said "Yea man, sure" and other unprofessional and frankly irritating answers.

My experience at Lowes has been the exact opposite. The current project staff for me at my Lowes is "Chay" (Merat Chayotes) in commercial sales and the delivery driver Jacorie. Chay worked hard to get the products I needed and when I needed them, a task in itself. Jacorie delivered everything - Stacks of lumber, to the exact spot my framers needed.

We enjoy shopping at Lowes. They often have items that I can't locate at similar type stores.

It was a good shopping experience, Megan helped us find the Air conditioner we were looking for and went and got a flat bed to put it. Great customer service.

I like this Lowe's location. It's bright and friendly. I still can't find anything without staring at the signs like I'm studying for my SATs, but that may be more on me being clueless with home improvement. It's very clean, the staff is helpful, and it was fun to visit during Christmas. I'll keep coming back.

We found what we needed at a decent price and got very good service.

Definitely lost track of time going through the aisles, gathering up material and supplies. The store was very well kept, aisle organized along with a friendly staff if ya needed them.

I regret not ditching Home Depot sooner. After my most recent trip to Home Depot Bastrop where so much was out of stock, the staff was unhelpful, and the store messy, I figured it couldn't be worse at Lowe's. Thankfully it was so, so, so much better! I was looking for bathroom sinks and fixtures for my new business. Lowe's had many more options in stock than HD. The place was clean and organized, it was very easy to navigate the flatbed around the store, unlike at HD. Two employees at Lowe's asked me for help while I looked, unlike at HD where they stared at me while I loaded all the heavy boxes onto my flatbed myself.

Rodrigo went above and beyond to get down the models I wanted, waiting for me to get the faucets and all that too instead of just disappearing, and even went and got me a flatbed for everything. After checkout, Ryan was fast and helpful loading the boxes into my car for me--something that they have never offered to me at HD across all my trips there. I could have cried I was so happy (and maybe partially from being absolutely exhausted opening a new business). Lowe's might be more expensive than Home Depot on some things, but I would gladly pay more to be treated like a person and have staff around to help when needed. Thank you, Lowe's!

I went early to Lowe’s to grab one of their artificial Christmas trees on sell.
As I was pushing my cart to the car I realized that the box was probably to heavy to lift in the car, just then my store Angel came up and asked if he could help me load it-
I wish all managers had this kind of compassion.
