Walgreens Pharmacy

The absolute best. I go out of my way to go here because everyone is so kind, the store is immaculate, and the pharmacy is so quick and respectful.

Average customer service. For a pharmacy I guess it's ok.

In May, I ordered a pretty urgent prescription to be filled at this pharmacy. Literally 2 minutes after I received the text that it was ready for pickup (11:20am), and I was standing outside the pharmacy, they said the pharmacy was closed that day and they did not know when it would reopen. I had to go to another pharmacy.

Recently, I needed a flu shot + covid booster. Appointments online were not available for 2 weeks. I made my appointment online, arrived on time but I had to wait in line for over an hour, which meant I missed an hour of work. The woman in line ahead of me could not get insulin for her friend/family even though she had come multiple times before and was told they would have it. There was one pharmacist and he told me that they don't have enough technicians because they don't get paid enough. In the store there was a sign saying the pharmacy would close at 2pm (even though the hours posted on the Walgreens website and Google maps say they are open 9am-6pm).

This Walgreens is ridiculously understaffed, has been for a long time. This is a serious inconvenience and even a health risk for people who rely on them to get their shots and medicine.

Absolute worst. I needed needles for an insulin injection system and they didn't have them and were not able to get them the same day but after the weekend. This is life saving medication and they can't even be bothered to call another Walgreens but I have to do it myself!!! Terrible experience. Don't use them as your prescription pharmacy!
Update: They are also not able to provide an albuterol inhaler after more than 24 hours. The prescription was filled Monday at 2 pm and Tuesday at 4 pm it is still being processed.

Poorly run pharmacy. It's closed often without any prior notice and staff are apathetic to filling prescriptions. I transferred my preferred Pharmacy to the CVS inside Target next door.

Leaked someone else’s personal info to me over the phone, also both times I called they were incredibly rude and yelled at me (and hung up)
