Such friendly and helpful employees! I had to get a price check on an item, and it wound up being quite expensive. They told me there was a 60% off coupon on their website I could use and I wound up getting a great deal! Thank you waterville Joann’s!

Vibrant store with good employee energy. The store is split with fabric on one side, and crafts on the other. The store was very clean and well lit. I enjoyed my experience here.

Always a good deal at Joann's. Just discovered the clearance idle. If I didn't have these Bill's, I would have definitely gotten everything lol

The store covers many items for craft making. You may want to use a pattern. Buy a pattern book for ideas.

Staff 5 stars. Absolutely friendly and kind. Chris was very nice to come guide me from the front because I was waiting to the next register, I truly admire their dedication to giving their customers a wonderful experience. As for the other cashier, I apologize I did not catch her name, she was just as wonderful, she was very nice as well to call Chris and ask him to ring me out, but I denied. They have much sympathy in that store, that is something lots of stores are lacking. I believe that every store needs employees like these two! They were fantastic! The store 5 stars for cleanliness. Lots of fabrics, yarns, string, crochet and knitting needles, paint, some fun things by the register, they even had $1 gloves at the register as of 1/24/2021 when I went in. They are an immaculate store as far as I am concerned. I found no issues when I went in. Very well kept! I would suggest them to anyone who is looking for craft items around the Waterville area. Only con I had noticed were prices were a bit higher than expected but only by a dollar or two. That's not a store issue, that's a corporate issue. Thank you for a great experience at Joann Fabrics!

The manager is always friendly & informed. It always seems like the floor staff are familiar with their products & eager to offer help or suggestions. There's so much fabric packed in this store as well as so much more (jewelry supplies, ribbon, scrapbooking supplies, seasonal decorations, home decor, etc.)

The Waterville store is clean, easy to find things in, and has a good selection of the usual JoAnne Fabric type things including novelty and costume materials. They've expanded the fittings and useful tools section since I was last there, which is very welcome. The staff in this store were particularly helpful and friendly, definitely somewhere I'll be going back to.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Got exactly what I wanted, saved a lot of money by being directed correctly, and they respected my time by trying to be as efficient as possible. Very happy from this experience!

The location felt appropriately staffed and safe (Covid19). There are tons of choices for various fabrics, organized in a logical way. The space is a bit smaller than other Joann Fabrics that I’ve been in, which made some aisles feel a little more cramped, but just be aware of other customers and you’ll be fine.

There are store wide sales throughout. Check them out before everything is gone. I sure am going to miss JoAnn stores when they start closing January, 2023.

I am not a frequent shopper of this store, but when I went to the Waterville, Maine location to purchase my wife a sewing machine for her birthday I was amazed and taken back by the extraordinary customer service I received. The staff here are super helpful before, during and after the sale. You just can't get that from the dot com online competition. I would recommend this store any day of the week, twice on Sunday! Thank you!

This store has everything you need! It's in a convenient location and I'm so glad they have one in Waterville. I've made several stops at JOANN's and they've never disappointed. You should definitely stop by this place if you have any fabric needs whatsoever.

Love Joann's, I have a yarn addiction. And, guess who has yarn? I also have a 4H group that does crafts, so I write a list and get the supplies that we need. Definitely a frequent shopper here.

Fantastic services and could not of felt more cared for and attended to.The employee went above an beyond to assist me with my endless questions and was very tolerate of my ignorance. Great place to learn an not feel out place or like I was ignorant.I had zero knowledge when arrived, when I left I was confident I could complete my diy sewing project. THANK YOU JOANN'S FABRIC .
