Honestly taken aback by the 1-stars. Ive been in the area for roughly 6 months, have had tons of mail and packages both delivered and picked up from this location, and I’ve never had a problem. Every time I pick up, everybody is courteous and professional.

No idea why this place has so many bad reviews. Everyone here was so polite and went out of there way to find my engagement ring which had gotten mistakenly sent out for delivery when it was held for pickup.

Nobody was rude or tried rushing me out. Everyone I spoke to seemed to genuinely care and want to help.

Picked up a signature required letter. Super easy.

Seems just fine, we have gone here a couple of times when we had a hold placed on our mail, and while they're a little slow, they held a LOT of our mail.

This location is more like shipping and receiving. This is not a place you can buy stamps. If your package is already stamped and paid for then you can drop it off.

This is only used for picking up packages that were undeliverable to their intended addresses. You cannot purchase shipping here or stamps.

Pickup and drop off only, no postage for sale or passport services.

They are horrible, they skipped my address two days in a row! I know because I'm homeless and it's a homeless shelter that I've been sitting out front of since 6 am. Both days. No one showed up! But they marked it as "attempted" delivery. I called to get it held at a post office and make a complaint. And the guy refused, literally, stating theres no issue yet and that I should call again "if it never shows up"... so I wonder how long is never for them? Also, the guy said he put a hold request in for my package and he didn't. I went 5o the post office he said to the next day and it wasnt there. I deserve a refund

They don’t care, and refuse to fix their issues. I live in an apartment complex and they can’t seem to deliver packages to me, despite my being home 24/7. I understand, sometimes there are downsides to apartment living, but this USPS facility is not set up for customer service, and they are not kind. When you arrive, you have to go up to the dock and ring the bell. There’s nothing that tells you if someone’s heard the bell, they just ask that you not ring it twice. When they finally do come to the door, they are clearly bothered and would rather be doing their actual job. These employees are not set up for success. It’s not their fault, and it’s not fair to them. I did write a formal complaint, they closed it out and sent me a survey asking how they did. They had never even attempted to make contact with me, to try and fix anything. I did receive contact after my complaint on that survey, which basically said, there’s nothing they can do because of the way my complex is set up. Unfortunately, I don’t have control over where I live right now, to fix this issue myself. Nor do I feel like I should have to change residences just to receive mail. Instead, maybe let’s look at what your customers are saying, and fix it?

This USPS is responsible for mail delivery of my residential area. Their delivery service is horrible. Delivered my packages to other homes several times while the tracking info referred the packages already arrived. Fortunately some of my neighbors were kind enough to hand over the packages back to me. Can't these delivery people read numbers? They almost lost my international package as well. It was delivered to other home again and the USPS supervisor said that he would let the delivery person to go there and try to retrieve my package. No avail. Finally, after one month, I found the box in front my home without any notice. I don't know how they tracked down my package, but the box looks like someone opened and re-taped the seal. If you live around here and have a carrier choice for imcoming packages, don't let your package handled by USPS.

I'm on my third call to this post office. They had put a vacant notice on my address before I moved here. No one I know had ever heard of this, so I had no idea this had happened. After not receiving any mail for weeks, I called and discovered this. It took me a month to get this all sorted out with my utilities and other very important correspondence. It also turns out they had a turnover in staff, and again another turn over the next month. I often still do not get my mail, but seem to have no problem getting the mail for the past two owners of my condo. I'm calling them again, but no one is answering. Just felt I should share this experience, as I see others have had the same experience with them.

I have no problem getting my regular mail it's anything that can't fit in my regular mailbox where things get tricky.

I have talked with management quite a few times and they clean their act up for a while but this has gone on off and on for the past 5 years. Once again the postal employee put my pink slip in the mailbox said they weren't able to deliver it. I was home all day I never left the house. The pink slip was in my mailbox because they never came to the door in which seems to be common practice with this particular post office. Now I'm trying to get in contact with the post office and their number is disconnected. The package I was waiting on was time sensitive... But who cares most definitely not USPS...

Package to be delivered by Amazon on Thursday. Text from Amazon stating the carrier could not deliver due to gate being locked. Man gate was not LOCKED! The carrier too lazy to get out of truck and place behind gate. Emailed to deliver today. Nope, mail came and no package per request. On hold for over 1 hour to complain. Always getting the wrong mail from other neighbors. So bad we exchanged phone numbers to let each other know we have their mail! What a joke.
