Yary is the store manager at Metro on Enterprise Road since ours and Debary shut down we had to go to this metro to get help with our new iPhones that we received and I have to tell you this woman is absolutely amazing. Her manager should be getting her a raise she is so kind so patient so understanding I’ve never used an iPhone before and all the years I’ve had phones they’ve always been smart phones and was gifted an iPhone, but did not know what I was doing and without her I don’t know what I would’ve done. Received the best customer service with miss Margely today. She was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to resolve my issue and was just a joy to deal with after a terrible encounter at store in debary with a lady named Jordan. Refreshing to see metro still has great employees who actually enjoy dealing with customers. Best metro store and workers around!

I went to this location to get a new service. Mrs Yasiris was the one helping me, she's very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. I will definitely return back and recommend this store to friends and family.

Yasiris, is an excellent manager/sales associate and just overall beautiful person. My husband and I walked into the store half an hour before closing to initially switch on a phone that I had bought online. She commented, very matter of a factly that the store had just received the same phone with better specifications than the one I bought online and instantly we bought the Metro version and my husband decided to switch his phone service to Metro PCS also. It took us 10-15 minutes to purchase but we ended up spending over an hour with Yasiris helping us ensure that all our applications, photos and other important information was transferred to our liking. She gave us a quick and easy tutorial on the particular phones. It was an overall delight to have spent that hour there. I deteste changing my cellphone normally and avoid it like the plague, usually. I had been in the store during the holidays to set up my daughter's phone that she got for Christmas and Yasiris was such a ray of sunshine. Efficient and quick that I chose to drive past 3 other locations to be able to work with her at this location again, Orange city in the Bravo plaza. I have had good experiences and some ok encounters, at other locations in my over 13 years as a Metropcs customer. But my 2 separate visits for service with Yasiris, were the most amazing service encounters. She has my cell business hands down, Everytime!

I have been to this store a bunch of times and I can honestly say that the customer service i received was great, I had great help from Julian and Yasiri, they were very polite and helpful, great people to talk to.

I had bad experiences with different locations but today I went into this location and I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a representative name Francis. She took care of me very well and she was very friendly and kind and she made sure I was satisfied with my New phone,I absolutely recommend this location,

I went to inquire about a problem I was experiencing on my device, The salegirl was so informative about the error " I caused myself, oops."
