I reached out to several companies in the area, and while I have nothing bad to say about the others, Rocky's went above and beyond on customer service, timeliness and convenience. I hadn't taken on a residential project like this before, so the recommendations I got from Rocky's helped tremendously. On top of that, he's a genuinely good person. I'm totally satisfied with the service, and I feel more comfortable and confident doing more large projects and I'll be using Rocky's for those.

Couldn’t agree more with the majority of these reviews. Spoke with Carlos on a couple of occasions. He’s is very professional and will respond to all texts. Knowledgeable about all his products and stores them on his property. I found his rates are negotiable and has invited me to come over to inspect his variety of soil and sand.

Beyond the call of duty, I called after hours, not expecting an answer yet he texted me and asked me what he could do for me/ it was as easy as apple pie!!! sent him the survey of property his specs were right on! and boy do you feel like you're taking advantage, you're stealing🤔 lol expecting to actually pay three times what I did, left me speechless🤗 this man is honest right on knows his business and keeps it simple love it, impressive knocked out the park

Had a great experience working with Carlos on this. He communicated the timing and prices well so I would know what to expect, on emails and text, and I even called him as well. I thought the prices for the dirt loads I ordered were fair and he also communicated to me the timing for the delivery, which was within 1-2 days for me, and he actually was able to do it the next day and gave me the expected time of delivery as well. Thanks! Carlos was great to talk with and his customer service was excellent. He communicated the recommendations for the drop area for the dirt so I knew what to expect in a residential zone and for my area, which was important to me and my HOA rules. He communicated when he was on his way, so I could be ready and he did a great job looking over the drop area so we wouldn't have any mistakes. He was very attentive to the drop area including the landscaping, power and telephone boxes, my trees, and the payment and sidewalks. I couldn't ask for anything more on this service. All was great and they are certainly recommended!

I've used Rocky's Dirts on several occasions for yard projects. Fast and friendly service, excellent product at a good price. My latest order was 6 yards of screened soil (with compost mix). He delivered it to my house in Manor the very next morning and it looks perfectly mixed and loose enough to work easily. Big thanks to Carlos for always getting us the good stuff!

Found my materials guys! Needed topsoil for a new bed--got a very reasonable price on REALLY high-quality topsoil/compost mix. Very quick to respond, great communication to let us know when Carlos was coming to deliver. He dropped it right where it needed to be (not easy) and the icing on the cake is he was such a nice guy. Plus the soil is great and really clean.

Great customer service, all communication was timely and transparent. Provides custom mixes of top soil and manure and more than fair prices. I definitely will be going to Rocky’s for all my landscaping needs!

Super nice guy. Delivered the dirt on Saturday because I couldn't make it work during the week. He had the best price on the dirt and on the delivery fee. Dirt was a mix of soil and compost and its pretty and fluffy! He tried to put the dirt at the far end of my very narrow driveway, but was honest with me that it just wasn't going to work without damaging the yard. He was genuinely friendly and had great customer service.

We just finished our large driveway project and are 100% satisfied with the material we received and the customer service Carlos provided. The gravel was consistent and of excellent quality. I highly recommend Rocky's Dirts based on my personal experience.

I ordered a load of sand and a load of the landscape mix. Carlos was able to deliver the sand a day early which gave me time to get it out of the way so he could drop off the dirt. Great customer service and easy to work with. Carlos is my new dirt and sand go-to guy.

I ordered 3 yards of his allgro compost mix with Chocolate Loam and Carlos delivered it the exact day I needed. Product came perfectly mixed, with no bs mixed in .Very easy to spread with the screened soil. Top Notch Dirt. I will definetly Order from him from Now on Thanks Carlos

Had a great experience with Rocky’s! I was having sod delivered and they worked with me to make sure the dirt was delivered before the sod arrived so my yard was ready to go. Excellent service!

Affordable, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and on time. We got 6 yards of washed 1" limestone and will be calling him again when we need more.

Friendly and priced reasonably. Will be doing business with these guys on the regular. I like the fact that you can just text them to get info and process orders. I like the more personal touch.
