I cannot recommend this studio enough. I started coming here 6 months ago after 3 knee surgeries feeling like I lost all my strength and confidence. Every single instructor made me feel welcomed and comfortable, taught me the basics and then challenged me. I now feel stronger and more confident than I have in a very long time. My best days either start or end here.

I've been coming here for a little over 2 years. I was looking for a studio that had all level offerings at times that worked for busy professionals. Most importantly a studio that made me feel welcomed & part of the community. Elcin & the rest of the instructors are engaging, encouraging, and offer a environment that encourages you to be your best self in the moment. Not to mention the laughs, the conversation & the fun tunes! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I’ve been taking classes here for 5 years and I won’t go anywhere else! I actually drive 25 minutes from home to attend class here. There are no expectations, no pressure, small class sizes, and the studio is clean. Elcin and Hayley are my faves - they have THE best vibes! How they lead class is so meaningful and intentional, they truly help me to focus inward and reset my mind. Candlelight Slow Flow is the perfect nighttime class, but then I also enjoy the Pilates fusion class when I’m looking for a little more intensity. You will not be disappointed with this studio! Thank you so much Elcin and team for creating this space! Totally life changing for me!

I have been coming to this studio for the last 4 years and found them on ClassPass. This is my FAVORITE Pilates and yoga place! I love the small classes and quality of everything. It is very welcoming and I love the accepting vibe. Elcin is hilarious and makes class super fun. I love the variety of classes and class times. Great music and the least judgmental place! 10/10 would recommend!!

The studio is clean and comfortable, class sizes are small enough to hear the instructors, props are great quality, and the location is easily accessed. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a nice place to practice with good value for class packages.

Sunaya has a great variety of class offerings! The Teachers are experienced and I promise you will leave the studio feeling great! They embody community and both students and teachers alike are supportive and so friendly! They have created an amazing space to allow your practice to evolve mentally and physically as you journey through Yoga!

I ALWAYS leave Sunaya feeling refreshed and relaxed. It's a more intimate space which for me, allows me to focus on my own breath and movement, rather than worrying about performing for others. The instructors each bring their unique light and energy to an already welcoming space, so you always feel supported and comfortable. It's a great environment to learn if you are new to yoga, or to deepen your practice among friendly faces if you are an experienced yogi. They offer a variety of different classes so you can always find something that meets you where you are. Rise & Align on Tuesday/Thursday mornings has become one of my favorites!

This studio is wonderful and let’s you feel comfortable no matter where you are in your practice, as my yoga intentions change, so do my choices in classes. This studio offers a wide variety of classes for all levels and all personal yoga intentions in a warm and inviting environment. I never felt more centered and more in tune with my mind and body. This is a happy place to go back to, thank you to the whole SuNaya Family.

Sunaya Studios is such a welcoming environment that’s accessible for people of all levels and abilities. The space is light, airy and inviting. The instructors are patient, provide easy-to-follow guidance and bring a calming energy to every flow. I’ve especially enjoyed the Pilates & yoga and restorative classes and always leave feeling refreshed. Definitely one of the best studios I’ve been to and I highly recommend!

Great studio with a variety of classes/ levels and friendly instructors! Always clean. A small but inviting space(still plenty of room with coat racks, cubbies, etc.) I ’ve always had a great experience here!!!

Sunaya Studios is one of my favorites! All of the instructors are kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The studio has a great atmosphere and is conveniently located. I love the smaller class sizes and scheduling classes is easy!

Sunaya is the cutest and most comfortable studio with amazing instructors! They make you feel so welcomed & do not push you beyond what you’re comfortable with. All the instructors bring such positive energy to their classes. Not only will these classes help your body, but your mind as well! Highly recommend!

My experience at Sunaya Studios has been one that you could never forget. When you’re learning/practicing yoga of any kind with any of the instructors, you’re always walking into a friendly face and a warm welcome. Sometimes, I think it’s embarrassing as a beginning yogi to be around other people who are more advanced than you but at Sunaya Studios, even your fellow yogis are very accepting and eager to practice alongside you. I’ve spent majority of my spare time here at the studio. It’s a great place to come to wind down from all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sweet scent of lavender and laughter leaving with you as you go.

I tried the prenatal yoga class and really enjoyed it! Jennifer was the teacher and she did an excellent job. The class was very restorative which was perfect for me during my pregnancy. We even got little freebies after class. I’d definitely recommend this studio to other pregnant and non pregnant people!

sunaya studios is one of the best yoga studios in Cleveland. They have a variety of classes for whatever flow you are looking for. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, you will leave feeling energized and refreshed!

I was running late to my usual yoga class, so I decided to make a detour and try Rocky River’s newest gem Sunaya Studios… what a beautiful experience! The ambiance, the energy, and the instructor (Elcin) were everything I needed to calm my mind and energize my spirit. I can’t wait to try the Reiki + Restorative class! A must-visit studio for all yogis who love this practice!

I look forward to my classes each week at SuNaya! They have such a great group of instructors to support you in your practice and also challenge you. Highly Recommend to all beginning and seasoned yogis!

This studio is awesome! I love the mat pilates class with Kim. Elcin is amazing and teaches a great pilates/yoga fusion class. They are all very welcoming and friendly. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!
