Friendly staff that really works for you. Somewhat limited choice of frames. They met the timelines they had set for me.

I ordered my glasses and sunglasses from this store. They stated that both pairs should come in within about a week. After two weeks went by, I called to see if they were in. An employee stated the glasses came in and the sunglasses had not. I picked up my glasses and told them to call me when the sunglasses came in. Two weeks later I had to call their store again to ask if my sunglasses had come in and they said yes. I was disappointed that it took so long for my glasses and sunglasses to come in and even more disappointed that I always had to reach out to them instead of them calling me when my glasses finally arrived.
