Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had a valve stem go bad in one of my tires on a Saturday morning, when most repair shops are closed. Took my truck down to Firestone Auto Care on West Main in Tupelo and Store Manager Eric Dickson and his team took excellent care of us. They got my truck in and out in no time at all and even replaced my windshield wipers in the process. Outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and quality work! Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! I ran over a tire on I-22, and after my car started to rattle. I toke my car here for repairs. They fixed it up in 5 minutes, and it only cost me 10 bucks. These guys could have taken advantage of me and my elderly mother. But they didn’t! So if anyone needs fast and reliable repairs! Go here!! Also we’re from out of town, so highly suggest anyone from out of town should go here.

Great customer service! My family was traveling through Mississippi headed to South Carolina when we realized our tire was losing air. We arrived at this Firestone location 45 mins before closing, and they were able to get us in and out with a repaired tire. Ryan, the service advisor, is such a kind person. He noticed my daughter with sensory challenges was covering her ears when she walked into the waiting area, and he immediately turned down the volume on the tv. That simple act of kindness meant so much to this mama. If you want to support kind people who can help you with all your vehicle needs, I highly recommend this Firestone.

They were very accommodating about getting me in at a convenient time for an appointment. Upon arrival, they were friendly and wanted to make you welcome while getting your service done. I happened to have family in town, so i decided to leave our vehicle and go to lunch with them. They offered to call me once they were done with the work, so it worked out perfectly. The checkout was quick and easy

They always do a good job. Probably would have given a ten if Eric had been working at the time. He really goes the extra mile every time. He's good to explain things and let's me know if he comes across any issues.

To Firestone management, you could not have a better front man for your organization than the gentleman working the desk at this location on 29DEC2023 at 10:30 a.m. Wish I had gotten his name. My wife and I were traveling from TN to FL and got a low tire pressure light south of Tupelo. The location was busy, but he took care of us right away, patiently and thoroughly diagnosing the issue. I told him we had recently purchased the new set of tires from a Firestone in TN, but honestly I don’t think it mattered. He was all too willing to help us get back on the road. Service like this is what keeps us coming back to Firestone for all our automotive service needs.

My tire blew out in town right before a holiday weekend. Every other shop in town was either booked for a week or didn't have a tire in the size I needed. This Firestone was able to squeeze me in just before closing time, get me a tire, and get me back on the road. They also managed to order a match for the other three and switch the rest of my tires the next day. I'm so grateful for the incredible service I got there. I especially want to thank Ryan for being so kind and patient. When I got lost in town and was a bit late getting back to the shop to pick up my car, Ryan was beyond wonderful by waiting after hours for me to return. THANK YOU, Ryan!

Amazing my dad and I are driving across country with my dog and our tire blew out. Even though they are understaffed and pretty busy These guys get the job done fast and got out within an hour and we're super helpful! :)
The tire got us back to oregon so I am super happy with thier service. And the pricing was amazing didnt break my bank account or try and get more money out of me. Honestly a god send!

The guys at Firestone in Tupelo have always given my cars the best of care. They handle all my Company rides service, all my stealth service, all my son's Infiniti service as well as his stealth and handle what the Dodge service contract doesn't do on my Charger.

I had a great experience with Firestone in Tupelo getting a tire replaced. Dylan was excellent when I called in, he was very courteous and helped make an appointment for me. Both Dylan and Trey were very helpful and very professional. The replacement work was excellent. Its this kind of customer service that makes it easy for me to recommend this place and for me to trust them in the future with any other related car troubles.

Their booking process, the work itself and resulting charges are all among the best I've experienced. I still buy tires online but have them installed here. Other work is excellent.

Had to be towed to this Firestone on our way back to MO on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to get everything fixed in about an hour! We were thrilled - they really went above and beyond!

I had a flat that needed to be fixed, one place had already told me they wouldn't /couldn't fix it. Last resort, called this place & they were exceptionally nice & helpful. Offered to look at tire to see if they could fix it or have to order. He quoted me a price for a new tire & then looked on Rock Auto & Tire Rack to see if it was cheapwr, he would match that price. Luckily, they were able to fix it & even offered to rotate them for free! Super nice & very helpful!!!

Active duty military officers traveling on orders from Fort Benning to Fort Sill Oklahoma. Had potential problem/emergency with my vehicle and needed someone to immediately diagnose the issue. Called Firestone for an appointment...explained the situation...and was immediately scheduled despite them being very busy and booked up. Their team did an absolutely outstanding job taking care of the vehicle and the issue. They were thorough, courteous, and treated my scenario as time sensitive due to my military obligations. These were the consummate professionals and I will not forget the kindness they demonstrated...never suspending the quality/care of the service they provided...which again was outstanding.

Very fast service. Very friendly staff. Always lets me know what is going on. Never pushes a sell on me. Always recommends things that need done but tells me if they would do it now or wait a little later. Most places are out to take as much money from you as possible and I never feel this way with Firestone. That's why I always use them for my vehicle needs because of the fair prices and I trust them. Absolutely wonderful customer service
