I am literally obessed with this starbucks. The design is great, the convenience is great. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER IS AWESOME!!! The staff is extremely kind and makes a genuine connection with me. I've been to a bunch of starbucks, but this one is my home store <3

I have never been this happy with a Starbucks location!! I travel aot and I also had my regular locations. The customer service is top notch here. They know how to treat a customer who comes to a place for that perfect cup of whatever they want! Seriously! I can't wait till buisness picks up and they're open later!! Great Job on this 1 guys! Still the best. Wish they were open until 11:00pm like back in the day..I'd keep them in buisness for sure! lol

Went to Starbucks @740 Union Pl and couldn't get anyone out of 9 people to put down the phone and take my order. I left after 6 other people did the same and came here. Christian greeted me when I came in and took my order promptly. He also asked for details about my order to make sure it was right. He was very knowledgeable about the different items in the cabinet, their acidity levels, and which items were best paired together. It has been a long time since I encountered a Starbucks employee who really shined the way Christian did with his professionalism, outstanding customer service, and pleasant demeanor all combined in one. After my experience at the previous location this was a true delight and went a long way to remedy the bad taste I had when I walked in the door. I hope that Christians qualities rub off on those around him and that this store becomes the Starbucks it has the potential to be.

The server's where really nice but they were standing all together 3 feet away and talking together and I had to get up twice to ask for help.

This is literally the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to alottttt). What are the chances it happens to be right next to where I live!! The baristas are so friendly and the drinks/food are consistently so good. So lucky this location opened right by me!

All the employees are so friendly and accomodating! So glad to have this option in Oak Point!

The atmosphere here is really nice and the baristas are really friendly. I love that a lot the tables have outlets.
