1sr time at a Loves Hookup. We're FT travelers. We don't do the wallmart/cracker barrel thing when traveling and usually opt for KOA Journeys. There wasn't a koa near where we wanted to stop and were looking to try a Loves. Clean, quiet, east in/out and a Loves store/restaurants for your wants. We will be looking for more of these on our routes.

Well-lit and full hookup on hardstands that make great overnight stops when passing through an area to a destination. In our experience, Love's are well-stocked and clean with showers if dry camping, RV specific supplies (limited selection), general repair items, and of course dining options from grab-n-go to fast food venues. Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill located at the Love's RV Stop in Morris IL provided a satisfying and healthy alternative to traditional fast food joints.

We stayed at the Morris Love's RV Stop while we did a "shake-down" on a new fifth wheel. We originally planned to stay for a week and ended up booking an additional four nights! The location is great. The store is convenient with clean restrooms. The best spot to reserve, in our opinion is spot number 1. With this spot you will have a grassy area on your camp side. The next best spot would be number six. All spots are fine, but there would be a lot of traffic on spots 7-10. We didn't really hear much truck traffic overnight, but more regular fuel customers who have loud cars and a heavy foot on the gas pedal. We would highly recommend visiting the "Honest Abe" restaurant in Morris. Great food and excellent service.

I've been intrigued by Love's addition of FHU RV sites for a while. I already buy a lot of fuel at Love's. Got my first chance to use the new service at the Morris, IL location. Although the check-in booth was inoperative, a quick trip to the main desk got my services activated. I would estimate the concrete pads are about 45-ft long, but there is room for my rear overhang over the grass behind the pad to get completely away from traffic, and be as close as possible to the rear hook-ups. In this way, my 21-ft sewer hose was just long enough. It's a good idea that I will use again. PS - Big Rigs may want to reserve the end pads for backing ease.

This place surpassed all expectations! It appeared to be bright and new and clean with ample space for an RV, but I was sceptical about staying at a travel plaza. A first in all my years of camping. Absolutely recommend this place if you just need to stop for a night! They truly are offering a terrific service for RVers. Clean, bright, and convenient.

Nice clean new rv park and Dog Park at L❤ves. Full hookups. Noisy at night with the truckers coming in and out. Just use a noise machine, ear plugs, or ac if it's summer. I would stay again.

Highly recommend! Very close to the highway so it's easy to get to. Everything was clean and well labeled so it was easy to get around.

Staff was good and friendly, this is exactly what they say. It is a parking spot for overnight, giving the full amenities.
Biggest issue is location of the sewer dump is so far behind takes a minimum of 30 foot a hose unless you back up to the grass.
I have a 46 foot toy hauler in the space. It handles that and my truck without sticking out too far.
In my opinion it’s slightly over priced for what it is, $30 would be more reasonable fee.

Love's RV Hookup is like the fast food of RV campgrounds. It doesn't replace the sit-down restaurant feel of a true RV campground, but you will get your fill as it covers every basic amenity needed for camping and is pretty much self-managed, i.e., you won't be escorted by an overweight lady driving a golf cart.

Every spot is concrete with plenty of room to maneuver around in and out of your spot. We have a 40-foot rig and were still able to park a Honda Pilot in front of ours. The Love's employees let us park our trailer in the employee parking area, i.e. the spots with "one-hour customer parking" signs. Both 50A and 30A electric is available at every spot which automatically turns on upon checking in through the confirmation email, and conversely shuts off at checkout time. Every site also has both water and sewer but bring a long sewage hose because the drain connection is about 10 feet behind the back of the pad. Ours required a 25 foot hose which barely made it. The Morris location has a nice fenced-in dog park with both a small and large dog area close to the camp sites. Showers are available inside for $16 and laundry is $3/$3 for wash/dry (three of each available). Being a typical Love's, they have propane refill available and 5-20% biodiesel blend as well.

The Morris location has a few watchouts to be aware of:
1. The convenience store is pretty lame for being a truck stop. Expect the bare minimum gas station selection of products. The good news is that Walmart and Menards are only about 5 min away down US-6.

2. There is nothing to break up the wind on windy days, e.g., trees, buildings, etc. The wind was brutal the three days we stayed and our door flew open the first day and ripped the door strap in half and knocked my rear view mirror across the lot.

3. Propane refill is only available during the day because they don't have enough staff trained on filling. We ran out of propane at like 11p and had to drive about 30 min away to the next available Love's with someone trained to fill propane. This place is obviously brand spanking new so I'm hoping it is just because of that.

4. Expect truckers to park their rigs in the spots. We saw three commercial truck drivers park near us. Nothing against truck drivers, but commercial drivers are a very different demographic than RVers are accustomed to at a typical campsite.

5. It's noisy. I normally don't have an issue with noisy sites, but this place is pretty loud. For some reason, about once an hour a trucker would honk their horn while driving south from the interstate, and for no good reason.

Great place to overnight, lots of truck noise but slept thur it. There was a RV in space 9 that used a generator all nite and never hooked up to power, mooching of water and sewer, anyway to get around from paying
