Access to beach entry was easily seen from PCH. Several open parking spots on highway. There were just a few families enjoying a beach day, people walking their dogs, etc. This stretch of beach is right under/in front of multi million dollar homes. Very quiet. There is no lifeguard though so swim at your own risk.
